We liked our room, breakfast was great and there was a grocery walmart and walk-ons right by the hotel. The only thing that was a problem was that there's only one elevator that is really slow and the hotel was packed so it had trouble keeping up with everyone.

The staff was extremely kind and courtaous. The room was too small for a family of 5(which was what was requested). The breakfast was served on time with friendly faces. The kids love the waffles, but that was only good item on the menu

Clean comfy but expensive for no toilet

While everything was clean and comfortable, the toilet was broken when we woke up. Front desk was helpful and responsive. And Maintenance came very quickly but could not fix the problem as it seemed to be an issue in multiple rooms around us. But when you pay over $200 for a room for less than 12 hours you expect to be able to use the bathroom. And we had to use a public restroom when we left instead. No partial refund was offered for our inconvenience which seems unfair due to the cost of the room for such a short stay. It was not fixed before we left.

Stayed for student move in. Location is easy to get to from interstate and MSState, close to gas, food and some shopping. Room was clean. We didn’t use gym or pool but seemed fine. Breakfast was pretty good with several options like waffles, hard bowl eggs, yogurt, juices, milk, cereal, bread items sausage, coffee etc. I will be staying again for weekend visits.

We had two rooms reserved. My daughter and SIL had to move to another room at 11 pm due to mold in the room. We were down the hall from them but the entire floor smells of MOLD! We sneezed , coughed all night long and I had to take medicine. We reported this to mgt this morning so I hope it will be taken care of.
