Beautiful location right on the water. Friendly staff, champagne upon check-in, gym with a Peloton - what could be better!

I like the harbor view, when I was walking. However, I paid $374.00 per night a cold room (61 degrees, 35 degrees outside) facing the street.

This is a great hotel in every sense of the word. The staff, in its entirety, understands customer service to the fullest. We will not only come back but also recommend it to our friends. David Verlen

I love the Delamar. Its location is great. We always had wonderful service however, the past two times we stayed there I noticed a change. I think the hotel needs an update. This last time we asked for a handicapped room which was across from the fitness room and the door leading to the restaurant. It was not a nice room.When I originally called the front desk said their computers were slow and asked for my phone number to call back and they never did. In the meantime I had to confirm a driver. I called back the next day and was placed on hold for a long time so I hung up . I called back again and the same experience. So I had to go through Orbitz. I noticed several dogs this time staying at the hotel. I love dogs but I certainly hope there is a special floor for them. I found hair on the quilt in our room. There should be an entrance to the restaurant without having to do stairs. I'm only stating my observations and hope for some improvements .

My husband and I celebrated our baby moon (mini vacation before our baby is born) at Delmar Greenwich Harbor. Everything from the warm welcome from staff with champagne or water, Tesla shuttles, room service, wine and cheese reception with live music, complementary boat ride on the harbor, to the Spa was spot on. It felt like a relaxing retreat for the weekend. We plan on returning for sure!

Nice staff. Conveniently located. Very clean . Beautiful lobby , rooms, and artwork . Walking distance to downtown Greenwich. Nice getaway from Long Island.

We stayed here for one night while in town. What and amazing, relaxing stay! The room was pristine, the staff very friendly and accommodating, free champagne upon arrival and free contintenal breakfast in the morning. Could not have asked for more! Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great hotel in a very good location. The staff is excellent the valet is great, the front staff knows you by your last name all the time, the catering staff is the best, I had a function and it was handled without a flaw. The restaurant L'Escale is one of the best in Greenwich.

From the moment we entered lobby..we were greeted by an entire staff of professionals. Served champagne on checking in & couldn't be nicer. Beautiful hotel & very comfortable. We absolutely loved it!

This is really much more like a private club because of the personal attention of the staff and elegant settings Lovely suite And The Most Dilicious chicken Breast was served to my room NOWHERE in The World is cuisine delivered to your room such as this Thank you Delamar every time I stay I wish I could stay longer love this The Best by Far

Try the Spa as well, and certainly stay on the Conceirge level.

Dear Anonymous, I'm delighted you like the harbor view. However, I'm sorry your room was cold. Did you contact the front desk to ask for help because we attend to our guest's comfort immediately. That said each room has an individually controlled thermostat which allows you to be as warm as you wish. Again, I apologize that your experience was hindered by lack of warmth but without more information, I cannot respond with any greater detail. I hope you will consider staying with us another time and at the time of booking request a harbor view room knowing that should any heating or other issue arise, contacting the front desk for immediate assistance will bring speedy resolution. Dear Anonymous, Thank you for informing us your experience. I apologize that you weren't pleased with the ADA room although it is fully compliant as well as furnished similarly to other rooms. There is a way to access the restaurant (which is a separate entity from us). Guests take the elevator to the first floor and walk around the building. Or, if wheelchair access, we call the restaurant and they open a door from their side to permit access. Further, I apologize for the lapse answering your calls and/or returning them. Our normal protocol is to answer within three rings. Sometimes technical difficulties hinder that objective but that is no excuse for not returning a call nor is our being busy. Regarding dogs, our first floor is canine friendly. I apologize you found dog hair on your quilt. I will address with housekeeping. Finally, the hotel is due to undergo a renovation soon.
