Good Apartment with a few niggles...

Great ground floor flat situated opposite '' The Coach House by Riis Property '', managed by the same owner. Only drawback is the ridiculously loud bathroom fan in the main bathroom! & the 'big brother' ring doorbells, I'm not an advocate for spying on your guests, hence a deposit should cover the cost of any incidentals just fine. Seems to me the select few that do this have a reason im sure but its off-putting to genuine business travelers. Aside that I would say its probably one of the best in Staines for short term value for money. Guest management always at the end of the phone. Great kitchen, lounge, bedrooms etc. Despite the odd issue, I would happily return.

These apartments are new and very well appointed, the owners are first rate and great at communicating with the customer. We had a last-minute change in flights and they were able to accommodate us right away and were extremely helpful. having stated a few of the local airport hotels I can tell you there is no reason to look any further. These apartments are far superior to any airport hotel in the vicinity and priced right. This will be the only place we stayed at Heathrow from now on. I cannot speak highly enough of the ownership, your helpfulness And thoughtful upkeep of these properties. You would be crazy to go anywhere else.

Stay at serviced apartments

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished and peaceful in the evening and night. Although there was a microwave there were no casserole dishes to use for heating items. The shower door was stiff and an older member of our party could not close or open the walk in shower door. The stairwell of the apartment was poorly maintained in terms of cleanliness and detracted from the very nice apartment itself. Additional information on the locality would be useful for example there is an excellent free bus service to Heathrow running almost every 10 mins from a short walk and there are several good supermarkets within walking distance.

Nice place to regroup before air travel

Chose this apartment as a place to stay for one night before flying out of Heathrow at the end of a two week holiday, since we didn't want to make the whole journey by train from south London early in the morning. The flat itself was wonderful - large, well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi worked, and we were even able to catch a World Cup match on the TV. We used Uber to get to the flat from near the train station, and to get to terminal 3 before our flight, but I'm not sure what other options are available; walking certainly didn't seem to be a simple possibility. Only downside was that there seemed to be work going on in a nearby flat - there was a lot of noise in the afternoon, but it ceased well before nightfall. The surrounding units seemed to be occupied on a longer term basis, but that's neither here nor there. The airport dominates the surrounding area, with the expected noise and traffic, but we had a nice dinner at the Green Man pub (walkable from the train stop and a 10 minute or less Uber from the flat). Beyond that, we weren't looking for tourist experiences. Very comfortable place to stay and catch our breath before a long series of flights; certainly would return in the future.
