Very Clean & friendly staff
This hotal is located close to everything you could ask for. Very clean and quiet for such a busy area.
Check-in was great...very efficient and friendly staff. Room was excellent..clean, nicely appointed and up-to-date. Breakfast was very good...well above average for selection and quality of food. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Stafford!
Staff was very accommodating, came in very late and with two reservations, they deconflicted (thank you, Mary!), got me into my room and fulfilled all our requests promptly and courteously. Thank you!
Within minutes of checking in I discovered none of the TV’s worked in the hotel. So I went to the front desk and asked to checkout because I needed the TV for research. I got a terrible attitude from the gal at the front desk. I won’t reserve a room at that hotel. Now I need my refund from Orbitz!

The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. For the price it was very well done.
First, Holiday Inn gave us keys to an occupied room (could have been a real problem but the occupants were nice about it). When we returned to the front desk, they had no rooms, despite the reservation from weeks ago and two confirmation calls before arrival. We had to leave and go elsewhere. Other people in the lobby said the same had happened to them.
Of all the hotels located in Stafford, this one can be found to be friendly, clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants and shopping.
Stayed a single night here while traveling. Hotel was very nice, clean and friendly. Just wish that their was a vent in bathroom.
