The Community:
The gated community of Harbour Oaks provides many amenities such as a pool, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Enjoy the convenience of having a covered parking space right in front of the unit, perfect for your vehicle or golf cart.

Location:
You can't get much closer to all St. Simons has to offer! Take a short stroll or bike ride down to the Pier Village, which has many of the island's most popular shops and restaurants. You also won't be far from the beach - the nearest access is only about a mile away. Next door to Harbour Oaks is one of the island's newest attractions: the pickleball courts! You'll also be next door to Mallery Park and a dog park, perfect if you decide to bring your furry friend or just want a relaxing evening stroll!

The Space:
This beautifully updated ground-floor condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The second bathroom has a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen, dining area, and living room have been thoughtfully decorated to include modern amenities and lots of natural light. The sofa in the living room opens up to a queen sofa bed if needed. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen for your convenience. There's a patio off the living room if you like to hang out outside in the morning or evening, and there's a grill for your use as well.

Dogs are welcome with a pet fee.
