Ocean Inn and Suites is a charming hotel just steps from the Atlantic coastline and within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shops. While the interior and furnishings are a bit dated, the room was comfortable and clean, making it a pleasant choice for a two-night weekend stay. We also appreciated the free covered parking.

Great location for a great stay on the island. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Less than 10 minute drive to the beach. Rooms a little outdated, but renovations are coming according to friendly front desk staff.

A 3-night stay in St. Simons Island, FL

Very nice location but the hotel urgently needs a makeover. Old furniture, with only one chair by the breakfast table! Beds were comfortable. Wash bowl had a serious drainage issue, water going down super slow! The so called "breakfast" is nothing to get up for. Coffee was good. Pool not heated but still enjoyable. Most annoying was the fire alarm going off announcing there was a fire in the building asking to use the stairs to evacuate the building, which got us out of bed running out in a panic only to find out it was a "TEST". The location is really good, and we may go back but probably not staying at the same hotel.
