Floor one leads out back to a putting green, pool, hot tub, and grill area. On cold nights, you can sit by the fire and watch the outdoor t.v. Rain or shine you can enjoy pingpong , video games, and a foos ball on the 2nd floor as well as a bunk area that sleeps 7. Floor 3 includes a lounge area, wet bar, and 4 primary suites with a private bath in each. Enjoy your incredible view from the 4th floor while relaxing on the porch swing or watching the 75 inch television in the living area. This home has top of the line appliances, a 12 person dining table and 6 additional seats at the oversized island. There is an elevator with access to all 4 floors. This will be the perfect vacation home for you and your friends.

The house is stunning! More than plenty of room for our group of 11 (5 adults and 6 teenaged children) who all loved it. Close to everything with an ocean view and with every convenience including a game room. The owner / host was super responsive, answered all my questions and made excellent suggestions for restaurants. If you are looking for an impressive, "can't miss" property for your large group this is it.

The property is a wonderful space. The 4th floor living room is spectacular and has great space for large family gatherings. We had 11 adults stay for four days and we spent the evenings all hanging out together in this large space.This house is close to the beach but the direct walkway was flooded due to the hurricane that had passed through, so the beach path couldn’t be accessed. We had to get in the car and drive to a place where we could access the beach. We had 3 generations stay, so the elevator was essential for our elders, all over 80, otherwise, there were four flights of stairs. The place was clean for the most part - outdoor swing cushions and covers were dirty but that was the only major issue for me. The communication was good and we would all recommend this place to a friend or family member.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECTION!!!!

We had our family stay, ranging from 65-under 2 years old and it was a blast for everyone! Very clean! Pictures were exactly how it was in person. They thought of every little detail you could think of. From beach chairs, to pool floats, to beach towels, high chair, & a perfect porch swing! The kids had a whole floor to themselves and it was amazing! They all loved it so much. 10/10 recommend!

This is a beautiful, spacious home in a great location. The beach is just right down the road and visible from the top floor. We had 4 couples and a 15 month old. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool is beautiful too and there’s lots of family fun to be had such as a putting green and ping pong table. We hope to come to St Simon’s again and would definitely stay in this home if possible.

Great vacation destination

This property was perfect for 8 adults (4 couples) spending 4 nights exploring both St. Simons and Jekyll Islands. Mike, our host, was awesome, the home was exactly as advertised and made our time there perfect. One couple is already considering bringing their 4 adult children and their families back to St. Simons and this great property in the future because it is a perfect place for all ages.

We had a great weekend. The house is massive and well equipped for large groups. We weren’t able to us the outdoors due to weather, but it could use a cleaning. The host was wonderful and very responsive to all our needs. Thank you!

Amazing home

We went to SSI to celebrate the life of a loved one. The house was beautiful and almost exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens and other starter supplies, including shampoo and body wash in each bathroom. The view from the 4th floor living room was spectacular! Due to a tropical storm, we spent a lot of time inside the home, so we appreciated all of the separate (and spacious) living spaces. The teens especially enjoyed the heated pool/spa, putting green, and game room. The elevator was very helpful, especially when moving luggage upstairs! We had a problem with the elevator at one point, and the host was very responsive. He came over the same evening to troubleshoot. My only “complaint” (if you can call it that) was that there was no easy access to the beach. There was a flooded path with standing water that we tried to avoid. In doing so, I stepped on a total of 9 burrs that lodged into my heel by walking on the “edge” of the path (I had taken my shoes off due to the deep mud). It was impossible for my older guests to make it through to the beach front, so we went to a nearby park to enjoy the ocean as a family. I’m not sure if it’s always this way or if the tropical storm bands made things more difficult. Overall, this was an amazing property that was beautifully and tastefully designed and decorated. I was impressed by everything but the beach walkway! My family and I would definitely return!

Beautiful Home for a Family Vacation

There were 11 of us and the house was the perfect size. The house has great views of the water and an easy walk to the beach. The house is very well equipped with beach chairs/wagon and pool floats. The inside was beautiful and well equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware and platters. The game room was a big hit with the kids and lots of TV’s throughout the house. My favorite was the porch swing on the top level. The owner was very responsive. We look forward to returning.

Best house yet!

We’ve been coming to the island for 12 years now and this house was perfect for our growing family! The location is amazing and the house itself was beyond perfect and the pictures don’t do it justice. The elevator was much needed with our little grands and suitcases. Will definitely be back to this house since our 3rd grand will be here by next summer!

Incredible house

This house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. We were 4 families, 8 kids ranging from 6-16 and no one was bored! They loved having their ‘own floor’ and we loved enjoying coffee with a view from the top floor! The owner was quick to help when we needed elevator help and the house was more than equipped with chairs, towels, kitchen amenities, etc. We all enjoyed the location and agreed it was the best house we’ve stayed in. Thanks for a great week!

Great house great location!

We celebrated New Years here and it was amazing. There was 14 of us. Older adults and younger adults. Easy close walk to the beach and restaurants close by. The house was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We didn't use the pool or putting green but will definitely rent again and use those items.

Amazing vacation home

This property did not disappoint! It exceeded every expectation. The game room was fabulous for people of all ages. The hot tub and pool were perfect even in temps in the 50s outside. The kitchen and fourth floor were the best for entertainment and hanging out. The views were spectacular off all the decks! This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed out…a truly 5 star experience!

Fantastic, well-appointed property

We enjoyed a 4-day college sorority reunion in this beautiful home. The house is huge; more than enough room for eight people. It is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It also has a great view of the ocean from the top floor. We may have to make this an annual tradition! Highly recommend. Our host, Mike, was very gracious and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful retreat!

The house was perfect! About a football field from a the large beach with tide pools and great waves! The house was perfect for sleeping large groups, and with lots of fun for kiddos (and those young at heart).
