Hodnett Cooper is pleased to offer this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Ocean Walk town home.

Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within biking distance of the Village Pier, numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the beach.

Century old oaks shade the various buildings, while palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools. Other community amenities include a sizeable duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a playground.

This town home floorplan is two stories, with the kitchen, living and dining area and half bath located downstairs. In addition, a lovely screened in porch off the living area provides a space to enjoy the outdoors with a view of the lawn area. The master bedroom with a king bed and private bath are located upstairs in addition to the other two guest rooms both with twin beds. The second full bath is off the hallway and shared by both guest rooms.

Small pets under 35 pounds will be accepted with a $150 non refundable pet fee.

Good things: centrally located, good value for the money, clean, well stocked, good communication, nice pools Bad things: beds were uncomfortable, AC didn’t work well upstairs, guests next door were noisy, played music loudly 24/7, came in drunk at 2:30 am and woke us up, roaches in the kitchen!

Nice little beach escape

This was a nice little beach condo. The property is a little older, but well maintained. The condo was comfortable and we'll equipped. Hodnett was great to rent from. Our only complaint is that there were roaches in the building. There probably isn't much the owner or Hodnett could do about it given there are many units in each building - one bug infested unit can spoil the whole building.

Great shelter In place

Condo was great for our continued shelter in place. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook. We had an ant problem but the rental agency got the exterminators to respray and it was much better. Being spring in the south you get a few bugs. Pool and beach and walking distance to everything was great !
