This unit was recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl flooring, and walk in shower. In addition to the king size Broyhill bedroom suite, there are two sleeper sofas in the living room.
The well equipped kitchen features high end finishes, cherry cabinets, and granite counter top. Full size washer/dryer in unit. Watch your favorite programs on the 50” flat screen tv with HD channels in the living room, or the 32” flat screen wall mounted tv in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi in unit plus hot spots at both pools and in the clubhouse.
This unit is located in the second level and has a covered balcony.
Rooms are a perfect size, the main living area is open and gets great sunlight! Stunning view of the pool and nice outdoor furniture to enjoy the breeze.
The property has something fun for the whole family. Fishing allowed in the stocked lake, tree swings, playground, tennis, basketball, pickleball.
