There is plenty of room to spread out in the spacious living and kitchen areas, den, bonus room, front & back decks, fenced-in backyard, or large bedrooms - each with its own bathroom. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood off the main roads, but is still close by many shops, restaurants, and the beach. We look forward to hosting you at Rowantree Retreat.

It was pet friendly! This house was a great set-up for my husband and myself, plus our 3 adult daughters. everyone had their own room and bathroom. The house was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our visit and can not wait to come again! Our only complaint was we had to go home to work, would have loved to have stayed longer.

We loved the house! It was ideal for 8 people ( 5 teenagers) . Very nice location and well stocked house. Lots of room and plenty of baths. We had a great time at the St. Simon beach(s) and ate some excellent sea food. Will bookmark this house for future stays.

We enjoyed our stay! We were escaping an ice storm in Upstate SC. We brought our daughter and our two grandsons as well as our little dog . The home had the perfect set up for us. It was extremely clean and had all of the extras needed while traveling! We enjoyed the book collection and art work . St Simon’s Island is also a treasure. Thank you for a wonderful get away !!
