Perfectly situated just minutes from the island's pristine beaches, charming village, and top attractions, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo offers the ideal mix of relaxation and adventure for families and groups. With an expansive 2,400 square feet of living space, Golden Sands Getaway comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The primary suite is a private oasis featuring a king-sized bed, HDTV, and a spa-inspired en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom also offers a king bed and HDTV, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with two twin beds.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use toward beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours! Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (7 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc., are not permitted. No Pets Allowed Linens (Bath towels, beach towels & bed sheets) provided Check-In: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am 1/2 mile to the beach (5-7 minute walk down Demere Rd) Garage access for one vehicle. The home is immaculately clean and well appointed. The property management group was extremely responsive and quick to resolve issues. Minor complaint- the guest bedroom with the twin beds is listed as having a TV. It does not. Minor issue for sure, but my son was disappointed and reminded us of the omission over and over lol. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful and Spacious Home
We loved staying at this rental! The elevator is a MUST and was appreciated by us all. Great layout with plenty of room. Spacious and clean garage with plenty of room for our vehicle and 6 seater golf cart (be sure to rent a golf cart and thank me later)! We will definitely look into staying here again!

Vacay with the grands.
My wife and two grand children totally enjoyed our stay. I particularly got a kick out of the private elevator which came in handy with luggage and other packages. There were a couple of minor issues that I brought to the attention of the property manager but they in no way took away from the great time we had there. The property is very much as advertised and I would recommend it highly.

Girls Trip
This was a great place to stay for our trip to SSI. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. The property was very clean and everything was well thought out. We ordered bicycles and they were there before we checked in. Using the elevator was awesome for getting all of our stuff to the proper level. We will definitely stay here again.
