2025 St. Simons Island Family Trip
10/10 the best experience we had with a property and property management. The house was immaculate, clean, and beautiful! Great location. Kadie, the property manager, was extremely helpful and provided information on local attractions and places to eat. We will be coming back next year and staying in this house again!

Location, Location, Location
WOW!!!! This house was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 3 children. We loved the 2 masters and 2 rooms where the children could sleep. This house is perfect for 2 families. Loved the open floor plan in the living area. Coffee bar was quaint. The pool was refreshing in the afternoons, after a long day at the beach. This house has all the amenities that home has. Location was great. Walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. We chose to rent golf carts from High Tide Carts to make carrying our beach stuff easier. St. Simons is one of our favorite beaches. We will return to this house. Kadie, our contact person, was great to work with also.

St. Simons Beach House
The place was perfect for our large group, was very spacious. Pictures in listing are accurate and house is well kept with plenty of amenities. House is also a very short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. I would highly recommend this place and stay again!
