Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this two bedroom, two bath luxury condo. This is a second floor unit with one of the best views in the complex. It is comfortably furnished, generously-sized, and lavishly appointed. Features include granite counter tops in the open kitchen and bathrooms and a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master suite. There are three Smart TV's in the unit for streaming and Xfinity cable is available as well.
The master has a king sized bed, smart TV and en-suite with a soaking tub and an over-sized walk in shower along with his and hers sinks.
The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. There is also an attached bathroom (with a walk-in shower) that can also be accessed from the hallway.
The community features one assigned covered parking space and room for overflow parking outside the building. There's also an elevator.
760 Ocean Boulevard is located near the Pier Village shops & restaurants, and is directly across the street from a public beach access.

Couldn't have asked for a better place
Went down to SSI for bit of a mini "reunion" with some HS friends (we great up down there). While the island has definitely changed since we graduated, there's enough the same that we wanted a nice, centrally located place to stay. This couldn't have been any better.
The condo is in perfect shape and well stocked if you choose to have some meals at home. Extremely clean and the manager was outstanding and very responsive. The location was ideal - easy to walk to restaurants in the village as well as Crab Trap and Crabdaddy's in the opposite direction (1/2 mile either way). Small beach easily accessible across the street and the view was great.
Price was great, as well. Comparable lodging at King and Prince (one of the cottages) was easily twice as much and not nearly as nice.
Very much recommend and we will certainly stay there next time we go down.
