2 Bedroom Island Townhouse Close to Beach

Just a short bike ride to the St Simons Island beach and Village! This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo is the perfect location! Island Townhouses is a nice community and a short drive or bike ride to St Simons Village and Pier and less than a mile to East Beach and beach access. It is ideal for weekend getaways, relaxing week long stays, work at home retreats, or a comfortable snowbird destination during the mild coastal winter months.

The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy your morning coffee with a drip coffee maker, microwave, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The breakfast area seats six. A half bath is conveniently located on the first floor. There is also an outdoor patio on the main level outside of the living room.
The two bedrooms and the full bathroom are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a TV.
There is a community pool. Surface parking is right outside in front of the unit. Rent a golf cart and cruise Ocean Boulevard or get some bikes and ride the more than 20 miles of paved bike paths the island has to offer!

The unit has central heat and air, streaming TV, and all linens are provided.

No pets, no smoking, no student groups, no parties or wedding events.
