After booking this trip it went to iTrip which wasn't a deal breaker, just odd. Sunset Vistas is a great property, perfect location to everything. Beach is wonderful, the pool is great, beach bar on site. Staff at Sunset Vistas very helpful and welcoming, kind and engaging. 210 North is a nice unit. Comfortable beds, nice furniture, hot water with good pressure, all the cooking utensils one would need, balcony looks out over the pool and parking is right at the end of the row, near the pool. Slept great, AC works well, TV's all good, internet connectivity to phones and laptop were spot on. The negative is this: No hand soap at the kitchen sink, two dishwasher pods for a 6 day stay is not enough. Most importantly the clothing washer is LOUD and I mean on it is on last legs and needs replaced. The clothing dryer ruined 3 t-shirts of mine with grease stains because it is probably worn out too. That's why I can't give this a 5 star review. This was a 5th stay at Sunset Vistas, we love the place. We are headed back in September. Fix the washer/dryer issue and 210 North will be Perfect. Lastly, communication with iTrip was spot on and very friendly.

Great location on Treasure Island and the proximity to the beach. Fantastic onsite cafe and bar. Our room had a great view of the Gulf and the pool. Only downside would be people reserved chairs and loungers by the pool so it was very hard to get a seat. My daughters would go down when the pool was supposed to open and the chairs would already be gone. One suggestion that might help is keep the pool area locked until the pool opening time so people can't come down before opening to reserve their chairs.

The unit was clean, and kitchen was well equipped. The 2nd bedroom was a little small and washer/dryer were extremely loud and might need repaired. Overall a good clean unit. Unfortunately we only stayed one night because my husband had to have emergency open heart surgery.

We have stayed at Sunset Vista many times. We love the location, the pool, cafe, bar...but this particular unit was just not up to par. Not all units are maintained the same. It is my experience that the management company that is on premis (front desk) does a much better job than the one we ended up with which was itrip.

Fantastic Birthday Getaway

We had the best time on our weekend getaway celebrating my daughter's birthday. The unit was immaculate and exactly as described. They even textes me inmediately following our departure to let me know we had left something which I really appreciated. We will be back!

Great location

I love being able to walk from the room to the pool or beach. This unit is close to the parking spot and pool. Check in was easy. It could use a deep cleaning- like the ceiling fans and air vents. My son loved the ping pong and connect four game.

Great place and wonderful location!

Our stay at Sunset Vistas 210-N was great! The area is still recovering from devastating hurricanes, so there are spots that are still under construction and closed in the area, but our room and the complex itself was great! The pool heaters haven’t been fixed yet, but it was so warm outside that the cool water was actually refreshing and the kids didn’t mind it a bit! We were informed by the host that only a starter pack of paper products (paper towel, toilet paper etc) would be supplied, so we did grab some extras from the local Walmart once we arrived. The only advice I’d give is that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided are the tiny bottles like you get in a hotel - definitely not enough for a family for a week. We also had to purchase hand soap for the week as that is not provided. Just something to keep in mind if you are traveling by plane and trying to pack lightly - these items will need to be purchased once you arrive. Aside from that small inconvenience, the host was great and quick to respond with any questions. The property was wonderful and convenient! We were able to walk right onto the beach, and several restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well!

Great location!

Fantastic location near beach, St. John's Pass, and amenities like Publix. The pool was nice, hot tub nice, all really clean. It was a great place to make a meal, read on the patio, and quick access to the beach.
