Place was perfect for us with 2 kids. Each kid had their own pullout sofa bed and the King bed was comfortable. The only minor negative is only one bathroom, which made us somewhat troubling to schedule showers and potty breaks.

This place was beautiful! It was so clean and the location was perfect. I loved the patio overlooking the bay side! We saw dolphins as soon as we got there and woke up to watch the sunrise right out back. It was a quick walk to the ocean where we spent a lot of our time. The swimming pool was very nice as well and very clean! With only 3 of us, we had plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well! The only problem was that we did not have more time to stay. We will definitely be back!
Sunrise off the back patio overlooking the bay!
Sunset just across the street over the ocean!
Swimming pool was crystal clear!

We had a condo with a balcony right to the intercoastal it was really nice to sit and enjoy coffee while dolphin and manatee watching. Comfortable furniture and bed with plenty of pillows and bath/beach towels. Checked in on a Sunday Mid May stayed for 2 weeks its generally quiet did get a little louder and busier over weekend, not out of control noise unless you want to use the fishing dock. The beach is easily accessible across the street with a pedestrian crossing right in front to cross the Gulf to Bay Blvd. The pool was always clean, however during our stay without any prior notice it was closed for about 2 days for installation of a new pergola, just a slight inconvenience. Enjoyed using the grills also very clean. My two minor issues only one dishtowel for kitchen and one tiny shelf in the shower easy work arounds. The property is well maintained definitely gets 10 out 10 and we will stay again in the future.

Perfect Location

We live Indian Shores and this was the perfect location. We enjoyed the sunrises with our coffee on the nice patio, and also saw dolphins swim by most days. Condo was clean and comfortable, and the property manager and owner were responsive to our communications during our stay.
