Vintage Florida Beach Efficiency, 1 block to the beach!

Secluded private efficiency, just a short walk to the beach makes this a great beach getaway for a couple or a small family of 3. We have a queen bed and a non-pullout couch available (65 inch of sleeping length). On your way to the beach you can stop at the Kooky Coconut for lunch, an awesome milkshake or a variety of snacks. With a totally new renovation in 2024, this unit is updated, very clean and worry free. This cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to relax. We also have laundry onsite, and a screened in porch for evening gatherings. Both are shared. Nice dogs allowed ($35 extra) add them on # of guests page, but backyard isn't completely fenced. There is a nice place to walk them a half block to the east. Newly installed ChargePoint Level 2 - 50 amp EV charger.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
