Highly recommend!!!There are benefits not listed such as a hairdryer and a closet FULL of beach stuff; chairs, umbrellas, toys, floaties. The view was worth it though we agree with others wish the porch window opened for a non screen view of the beach/ocean. So grateful to see the ocean from my pillow!!!!Ice cream store across the street will have you coming back each night, free parking AT the beach can't be beat!!!

I will be dreaming of the balcony for years. Wonderful location, comfortable beds and well stocked. The bathtub in the shared bathroom was dirty with hair and could be recaulked but that’s my only complaint. Bring beach towels. Great vacation!

Awesome time at Villa Madeira!

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and we loved the closet of beach items that were provided. It was close to John’s Pass and Caddy’s which was really nice.

The 2 keys are an issue with 6 adults in the unit. We needed at least 1 more. TV was very disappointing and hard to navigate. LR would freeze and not come back! Ice maker on fridge made ice but would not dispense through the door. We had a great week. Right on the beach and everything was close or within walking distance.

Great location!

Overall impression is great! Sadly, the elevator was broken all week, there were no extra trash bags, not enough towels, and the screen on the porch might keep bugs out but really hinders the view. The location, pool, and beach area was incredible!

Overall property was ok. We had to change plans so booked late and had limited options. Our issues were:1. After a couple of hours in the unit on the first night the bottom of our feet were nearly black. The rental company did refund us part of our cleaning fee as we had to mop the whole unit.2. The mat at the front door had a bunch of hair tangled and matted in it.3. The AC stopped working after 4 days and would not cool below 79 degrees.4. The "third bedroom" really cannot be considered a bed room since it's so small and contains the washer and dryer. It's just big enough to contain bunk beds and aside from that, it does not work well at all for anyone older than a 10 yr old.5. It is very sparsely stocked. We've rented condos for years and have always had cooking utensils and goods. We bought a crock pot and left if for future tenants. No spices, little to no toilet paper, 2 dishwasher pods, half a role of paper towels.6. Bath towels were in rough shape. A lot of strings and even some rips in them.

Very clean and nice’

Very nice condo, clean and close to a lot. Only thing that I to say negative and really isn’t a negative, just wish the balcony had high top chairs so you can see over the railing, and we had some issues with seaweed, but a know the time we were there they had storms the week before we stayed. Overall experience was great!!

Fantastic property and great property manager

I needed a place for my son and I in St. Petersburg last minute when my mom became ill. Colleen responded quickly and made sure we had everything we need when we arrived the next day. The condo was perfect. Very clean, comfortable beds and linens, great water pressure and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook throughout the week. I would definitely return to this property again and hopefully enjoy It’s great location under better circumstances.
