Although the room was clean, the towel rack was broken, one of the bulbs on the left side of bed was defective, when i called the telephone listed on the door of the front desk at night, nobody answered and had a busy tone after 3 calls. And there was no tissue box in the room. we were not told that check out was at 10AM. We discovered that when cable was turned off at 10AM the following morning.

Only suggestion is don't advertise free parking on the website if you are going to charge $10 at check in. Not a real big deal but... No issues, no complaints. Would stay here again

Very convenient location, really cute courtyard and pool area, staff was friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable, hope to stay there again next time we’re in Clearwater. Something to know that I did not catch before booking; $10 parking fee. Rates were good enough though that it didn’t really matter.
