We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was quite comfortable and in a convenient location. Parking was easy and close. The condo did require going up two flights of stairs which was no issue for us. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate dinner in one night. One of the best parts of the condo that we enjoyed was the beautiful balcony where there is a lovely view of the water. We saw several manatees at the dock which was such a treat. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub serval times which was very clean. The host was very good with communication and responsiveness. There were several recommendations in the condo of where to eat in the area and they were spot on. Overall an excellent stay and experience.

Pool with Hot Tub and outdoor are very nice and quiet. The view from the living room over the sea is beautiful. The location ist central and good. The balcony is oriented towards the morning sun and not sheltered from the wind. The appartment was quiet old and the furniture old fashioned. The apartment was very cramped and the rooms very small. In the guest room, it was very dark with little natural daylight. The kitchen ist extremly small. For us for a short trip we felt cosy, but we would not choose a longer stay in this apartment.

Tierra Verde Condo is a wonderful place! Close to wonderful beaches, Great restaurants and the downtown scene. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including some beach equipment! Perfect condo to stay in for our trip. We did not use the pool but it looked wonderful.Thanks for a great place to stay!

Beautiful views, quite spot…nice to have an umbrella on the balcony to enjoy even more outdoor time. Very nice pool area. We like that there are local restaurants so close, Tony & Nellos, Billy’s and a few more. Fort DeSoto Park is beautiful…6 to park.

We loved our stay at Tierra verde! The condo is well equipped, with a beautiful water view, and very close to Ft de Soto Park. Great place for biking, kayaking, and nice beaches! The hot tub was a plus to relax after a long day of fun. Highly recommended!

The second floor condo was in an idyllic location with a beautiful view of the Gulf from the condo & balcony. We rented bikes for 4 of our 7 days there and were able to store them in a secure location. Then we were able to ride out to Ft De Soto 2 of our days w the other days riding in the mornings around friendly neighborhoods and adjoining Skyway Trail. The condo was clean, the kitchen had all the necessities, there are beach chairs and you have access to a laundry room. We did not spend time in the pool area but from what we did see it was clean and centrally located. We have family in NE St Pete and found the drive to and from the condo reasonably quick and a good location to enjoy beach time along w family time. Any questions that we had were quickly answered by the overseeing rental company. No issues w check in or out. We will look forward to coming back and utilizing this condo for future trips to St Pete.

The Best Florida Has to Offer

We love Tierra Verde and have loved all of Isla Del Sol.We have stayed at many condos in the area and this was one of the best. Our view was terrific; the condo was bright, clean, and spacious. The available pickleball was my husband’s favorite while the great beaches at Ft. DeSoto made both of us happy. Finally, the choices for eating were many and quite diverse.

A great place to stay

We had a wonderful time at this condo for four nights. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area. We have stayed at many different condo rentals and this one was ranked as one of the top rentals we have stayed. The only issue we had was one of the bathroom sinks did not drain very well. We notified the staff to fix it when we left since it was not a big deal. The owner did a great job providing all necessary items during our stay. The condo is larger than it appears in the photos and the balcony has an amazing view.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The balcony was our favorite part--so fun to see the seagulls, fishing boats, and even a dolphin right below our condo. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and well-stocked, and the chairs for the beach were appreciated. Communication was the best I've experienced on VRBO--really appreciate being able to text.

Nice condo with great view. My only issue was brightness of an exterior light outside the unit that shone into the second bedroom making it quite bright inside the room even at 3 am. Blinds or a darker curtain would be better.
