SAME DAY CANCELLATION

The property owner cancelled on us less than 8 hours before arrival time. This was Grand Prixrace week, so it really left us with very few options. Bad Business.

Seminole/St. Pete stay

Our stay was very nice. The rental unit was small but very adequate for our needs. Access to the rental, St. Pete, and other local places was easy.We do recommend a fluorescent strip be place on the small step down between the bed and kitchen. The way the floor blends together makes it difficult to differentiate one floor height from the drop off. This could cause a serious fall and injury.Also, a second hand towel would have been nice since there were two of us. I would have contacted you about it but I didn’t have your contact info.

The place was small and cozy. Host was helpful in getting us the supplies necessary for the week. Stove was a little complicated but host repaired and replaced it quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Pinella Park room

Small room with ensuite. Perfect for just sleeping. Central location close to St. Petersburg Room was clean and bed pretty good. Suggestion for owner: supply also some cups, creamer, sugar with you coffeemaker (did not work by the way). Also put lock on the inside for safety. Room served the purpose for us while visiting with our daughter.

What a delightful sight. Bright and very clean. A cheerful and relaxing place, in a very nice neighborhood. We walked a couple blocks to a convenient store to get a few things for breakfast. The host was quick to respond to my needs.

Mom’s Time Away

The room was everything I needed! Clean and comfy. I would only make one suggestion- put an extra manual security lock from the inside. As a female traveling alone, I would have liked that one extra safety precaution. Thank you for the great, affordable room!❤️
