Central 2BR Apt: Heated Pool & W/D on Site

A budget friendly stay for those who would like to be centrally located in the St. Pete area to enjoy everything our little gem of a city has to offer! Enjoy economical pricing with all the amenities you could want on your Florida vacation! We offer a heated pool with lots of lounging areas, and plenty of outdoor dining with the option of grilling under the shaded oak trees.

This 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for those looking to enjoy the area or for those relocating to the St. Pete area.

A simple and well maintained 6 unit apartment complex set up for vacationers in mind! The property is private to those who have booked a stay with us, and very well maintained. The entire complex was recently renovated and offers comfortable accommodations while also being jam packed with amenities you will enjoy. Such as, a heated pool with plenty of lounging, an outdoor shower and 4 picnic tables and grills in our courtyard area under the shaded oak trees.

You will access the unit with your personalized code that you will receive on the day of your arrival once the home is clean and ready for you!

I love interacting with my guests and you may frequently see me on site, tending to my plants, or doing any other simple maintenance items outside. If I see you, ill be sure to say hello!!

The neighborhood is quiet and safe and on a small side street from the main road.

This is a small family friendly community of 6 units. The complex is very private on a quiet road, just across the street from a local community park. We do have security on site in the form of 3 exterior cameras, which are located over the parking lot area, over the walkways to the units and overlooking our pool area.

Please note, obnoxious behavior is not tolerated and we do expect all guests to be considerate of others while enjoying the home.

Check in is at 5pm, however we will always send check in once the home is ready. Early check in can also be coordinated in advance.
There is no smoking inside the unit. Please note, a $500 smoke remediation fine will be applied for any smoking discovered inside the unit after your departure. If smoking is discovered during your stay, it will be cause for immediate removal without a refund. Please respect this very simple rule and keep smoking activities outside at the designated picnic table. Thank you

We provide a washer and dryer on site. Please note, the laundry facility is for all apartments use and convenience. I do however, give each apartment a dedicated day to utilize the facility privately. Sundays are first come first serve.

Our heated pool is also a shared amenity. Please note, the pool gets serviced 2x a week and if the pool gathers the occasional natural debris (such as leaves) in-between services - NO refunds will be provided. We do our best to keep the pool free of debris, but it is an outdoor uncaged pool. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any specific questions - please inquire.

We have dedicated parking for the Royal Heir apartment and a few visitor spaces as well. If you have more than 1 vehicle, please inquire.

Please note, if you are booking this stay for someone else you will be fully responsible for any damages, late check outs etc.

FRIENDLY REMINDER AND WARNING: If you bring an unauthorized pet to the property and it is not discussed or paid for prior to your arrival, there will be a fee of $300. The pet fee is to accommodate the extra cleaning associated with pets. If my cleaners arrive unprepared to clean up after your pet the $300 fee will get passed along to you. Honesty is our best policy. Please be honest with your fur babies. We are happy to accommodate them.

KIND REMINDER: You have booked a strictly NON REFUNDABLE stay. I encourage all guests to purchase travelers insurance if you think your travel plans could be interrupted by any unforeseeable circumstance.
