Everything. The space was great for my family of 5! The pool area was nice and the use of a grill, washer and dryer made our trip even more enjoyable. Will definitely rent again when we come back down from Maine.

This was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. The set up and style was simple there was no clutter just clean, comfortable, and easy to find. The pool was clean and had a few floats and toys already there. Its about 5ft or so at its deep end which was perfect for us. We got in it daily. The sitting area by the pool was nice comfortable and clean. With a grill we used for making dinner. It had loungers, chairs, and tables. The house had everything we needed. Including paper products, soaps, cooking utensils, towles, extra linen, ect. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Its very close to shopping of all kinds, many attractions for kids and adults and the beaches! We will definitely be staying again and have already recommended to our friends!! The only thing that wasnt "perfect" was the couch and double chair was electric recliner and we couldn't figure out how to work it. We could've reached out to the owner but it wasnt a big deal for us they were comfortable and we still fell asleep on them trying to watch movies.

Overall good stay, with just some minor issues

Overall, it's a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. However, the twin bed mattresses are terrible. Our group was all adults and I had to sleep on the couch for the week because all I could feel were the springs in the mattress. I highly suggest more comfortable beds. There was a hole in the bathroom wall were a doorstop use to be. (Simple fix with the flat circle covers/stoppers.) There was also a hole in the king size bed frame in the master bedroom. The mattress is a smaller king size from the bed frame. The pool lost water and there was no skimmer to clean with. Washer and dryer were excellent.

Good stay. Lil over priced but good

It was nice. There was a problem with sugar ants, which it is that time of year. Beds were comfy. The love seat was supposed to recline, it didn't. Little outdated furniture in living room. Owner said they are shopping for another. Pool kept losing water, last day it was making pump run loud. Think there is a leak. Back yard could have been kept up alot better. The flower beds are weed beds and not kept up. Good stay lil pricey.
