🔍 CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING

• Strict Noise Ordinance: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours start promptly at 10:00 PM, especially in the outdoor pool area. This is strictly enforced by local authorities.
• Starter Supplies: We provide a "starter pack" of toilet paper, trash bags, and soap. For large groups staying multiple days, please plan to purchase additional supplies (paper towels, TP, dish soap) upon arrival.
• Pool Heat: The pool is heated to approximately 84°F, which is comparable to the temperatures maintained by major resorts in Florida. Like most pool heaters in Florida, it operates by drawing warmth from the surrounding air, enabling it to raise the water temperature by about 20-25°F above the outdoor temperature. However, during cooler periods, particularly when nighttime temperatures drop into the low 60s or below, the water temperature may slightly decrease from 84°F. As the weather warms up, the water temperature will gradually return to its usual 84°F.
• First Pet: Allowed for free.
• Additional Pets: Charged at $125 per pet + tax
