Needs a Gut Job Asap

The location is perfect and the facility is nice, with a fun outdoor bar attached in the pool area. Pool is nice. My volleyball girls had high hopes for the VB net which is not usable and needs replaced. That was a let down for us.The condo has a cool layout, with two balconies; views that are glorious. However, the condo itself is quite outdated and falling apart. One of the bathrooms’ toilets had to be flushed by lifting the lid and pulling the chain, because the handle was so old that it rusted itself in two. The tile is cracked in several places on counters and floor. The doors are cheap and rotted on bottoms, and one bathroom door won’t even open all the way because it hits the floor. The furniture looks decent but cheap and even one bed rail was falling apart when we got there but my husband had to piece it together. All mdf. The old school glass stove top is broken on the corner and glass was coming up. The counter has the end cap of laminate completely unglued and flapping out, which actually snagged me at one point. These are just a few of the blemishes of this place. Its a gorgeous view but the condo is definitely in disrepair and needs a full gut job. I would not pay what we did for this place if I knew the condition it was actually in. You can find a much nicer place on a beach for what this place costs. Advice to owners: a little money goes a long way and this place is due.

Actual Property owners are busy bodies. Cannot have visitors at pool, must use beach, manager is consistently looking for wrist bands at pool, at door asking which room you belong to, it is exhausting proving you belong at property. Actual unit needs many updates, but was very clean. Supplies are very limited. We even had to buy our own salt and pepper, so be prepared. Location is great. A note to owners, please wash new towels before placing in unit. The towels we were given had a new waxy substance on them and it came off on us when used. Overall, not a bad choice, but when you pay this much for a unit, you expect it to be hassle free and more upgraded. Actual toom needs many updates,

Beach Trip

Second time staying at Island Inn because of the perfect location. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The rooms are a bit dated and bathrooms can use an update. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the stay.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our time at the beach! The view from the balconies is beautiful. The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. On the day that it was too windy to be on the beach, we had fun in the pool area. The tiki bar is a nice addition! The condo is outdated and the recliner is very uncomfortable (springs sticking up). Also, the pull-out bed was not comfortable at all. I'm not usually picky with pull-outs, but even I could not lay on it. The couch was comfortable, though! The location, amenities, and view made up for the outdated condo. WE would definitely stay here again!

Great beach access, pool and bar

The beach access directly behind the condo were wonderful and so convenient. The heated pool and tiki bar were great and complemented the beach well. The condo needed some decor updates but was functional. There was construction going on in the lobby - hopefully once complete it will be much enhanced.

Great beach view

Overall it was great. Spacious and comfortable. Good beds. Two baths was a plus. Assuming you want suggestions to make it better, I will say I was surprised there was no oven of any kind, and the complimentary coffee supplied was enough to make only ONE CUP--not one pot, one cup. The recliner was sprung and poked you if you sat on it.

Great place

It was a great location with a great view and close to the beach. The condo was dated and had a musty smell. The bed was comfortable but the recliner had coils pushing up. It needed a pillow on the seat to sit on it. Pool and tiki bar were excellent. Great fun staff! We would stay there again but updates are definitely needed to the condo.

Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Nicely decorated. 2 balconies and right on the beach. Very clean. We will likely go back. Pool was great! Only thing and it's not huge is we couldn't get TV channels we like when we were in the night. There were a good amount tho. We loved it ♥️♥️♥️

The pictures on the site are true to the room appearance. It was nice to have the (2) bathrooms and beds were comfortable. The lock for the door is digital so no key was required but entering the code was not intuitive. Contacted the owners and they responded very quickly to help. Things to improve, install a gooseneck shower arm in the one shower to raise the shower head. Replace the iron/ironing board. The front desk will not store luggage so that was a challenge to pull around all day. Not sure why they would not do this for us but when we checked in they did not they did not manage this room so felt we were on our own from that point on. A bathroom is available by the pool/tiki bar and was kept very clean. The room had (4) beach towels and the beach had chairs/umbrellas for rent from 9 to 5. This was great to have available. Property is older but by the postings, it looks like this year it will be updated. Great location - quiet and walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Plus the sunsets! A walking path is available starting across the grocery store. Overall, a very nice place to stay and would recommend this to others for great spot for a beach vacation.

The property is located in the heart of Central treasure Island close to John’s Pass but far enough away that you’re not in the middle of all the busy action. We’re still close to many many places to have a lot of fun. Room was exactly as we expected accommodated our family perfectly the beach was beautiful the tiki bar was fun in the pool was very nice

Beautiful Location - Apartment Needs Refresh

For the most part the property was as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay a great deal. The condo unit was directly on the beach and our condo has double balconies that face the Gulf providing breathtaking views of sunsets and surf. Everything about the condo was spotlessly clean on our arrival, and the two queen beds were both very comfortable. There was ample dresser and closet space. On the whole, it is a nice sized apartment with a good layout. Unfortunately, the furnishing was a bit on the shabby side. The apartment could definitely use a refresh. The absence of a coffee table was a big miss. The kitchen was equipped with a limited assortment of utensils and pots/pans. The two-burner electric stovetop was barely functional, so cooking meals was a bit of a challenge. In fact, we blew a fuse when we tried to use the toaster, coffee maker and stovetop all at the same time. We also found that the smoke detector was not working. The beach equipment was old and needs to be replaced. However, the building generally is very well cared for, if older, and the pool is heated, clean and wonderful! The property manager was immediately responsive to several of our requests; service here gets 5 stars. On the whole, we would certainly consider a return trip to this property. As they say in the real estate trade, "location, location, location". This condo has that in spades!

Couldn’t ask for better!

We loved this condo and would definitely recommend it! Very spacious and had so much area for a relaxing stay! The view was stunning and the building the condo is in was very nice as well! A pool and a small tiki bar for drinks was the cherry on top! Communication is top notch! Wish we would have booked for longer because we truly didn’t want to leave!
