We have stayed numerous properties over the years and this one by far was the best! Appliances were top notch, super clean, pool was serviced twice, and everything was in working order! Highly recommend!!!

Family vacation

We brought our kids and grand kids down for a week. The property had been recently put back together after the hurricanes last fall. The property was impeccable. It had everything we needed and the location on the beach was perfect. The finishes are high end and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stay here again…5 star all the way.

Perfect getaway

Amazing home and location. We could not of asked for better accommodations, it exceeded our expectations. The house was clean , organized and had plenty of towels for the beach. The kitchen was equipped with high end appliances and having two washers and dryers truly helped. Overall the house and where it was situated on the beach was pure perfection.

Annual family vacation

We were most impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the property. The kitchen was equipped with ultra modern appliances, laundry room with 2 sets of washer/dryers, additional refrigerator/freezer. So many extra conveniences to make our week long stay such a joy.

Excellent stay

The location could not be any more perfect. Steps from the beach which made vacationing with children so easy. The home is well kept, modern and spacious for a large family. The pool was smaller than anticipated but still served our needs well.

Lovely Property Steps from the Beach

This was a wonderful property in a great location, yet just steps away from a quiet stretch of beach. It was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. It had a nicely equipped kitchen and large table. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. The 4 king size beds were a real plus. There were plenty of beach chairs in excellent condition. There were only two shortcomings: First, the wi-fi was weak, so we had to use our phones as hot spots and TV streaming was problematic. Second, there were alarms on the windows and no screens on any windows or doors, so we were unable to leave them open to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of the sea. That being said, it did not deter us from having an absolutely fabulous time. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property!

Perfect Spot for Family Beach Getaway

We had a delightful experience from start to finish. The property management was extremely communicative. The house was exactly as depicted online and the layout worked perfectly for our family of five. Our sons, who are 18 and 15 years old, and our 11-year-old daughter had plenty of room for themselves, and the kitchen, living, and dining area provided the perfect gathering spot. Cooking dinner on the grill and then sitting down to enjoy it together was a great experience. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely beach house!

We have stayed in several VRBO homes in the Redington Beach area and this was one of our favorites. Location was great! The kitchen had everything we needed ( we do a lot of cooking). Would highly recommend.

Vitamin "Sea" for Us!

There were 8 of us, siblings and cousins, vacationing for the week together and everyone enjoyed it. The house was big enough that everyone could have their space and spacious enough that everyone could enjoy the common areas comfortably. We really liked the pool and the close proximity to the beach. The sunsets were fantastic (thank you, God!) and the views from the master bedroom, which my husband and I were lucky enough to have, were fantastic. The stove was a bit tricky to figure out but we eventually got it. Unfortunately for two of the guys who were cooking, the range hood was so low they got clipped a few times. We actually taped a pool noodle up on it as a warning! The TV's in a few of the bedrooms were not working so we called the office and they sent someone over however the TV in the master never did work and they said they'd replace it but by that time it was almost time to go so we asked them to do it after we checked out. One suggestion would be to have instructions on the back of the TV remotes to make them more user friendly. Even the computer savvy among us had a hard time getting them to work. Bonnie in the office was very attentive to our needs and we really appreciated that. All in all it was a wonderful week. We would recommend "Eventide Oasis" to anyone. Thanks so much.

Fabulous house!

The house was perfect! It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. It comfortably fit our two families and noise did not carry inside the house. The only issue that we had was tracking down the door code before checking in, which ended up taking extra time and effort. But we'd definitely stay here again and appreciate the home's cleanliness, comfort and location.
