My stay at this Hilton started off well — the room was nice, and most of the staff were polite. However, my experience took a turn when I found a roach in the closet. I reported it to the front desk, but instead of showing concern or offering any solution, they dismissed it as “it’s a bug, native to the area.”
That response was very disappointing. Guests expect better cleanliness standards and accountability from a Hilton property. Finding a roach in a hotel room, especially in the closet, is disturbing — and brushing it off doesn’t make it any better.
This experience made me question the overall maintenance and pest control of the hotel, which is unfortunate because everything else was fine. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their response to such situations in the future.
