GORGEOUS 3 story townhome situated in the heart of famous Clearwater Beach!
You will feel right at home in this bright, airy, and spacious home sitting directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and just 2 blocks from the award winning beach! Come escape to our newly furnished Tropical Paradise where you will find all the amenities you could dream of for a perfect getaway. This property is walking distance to all the activities Clearwater Beach has to offer.
You will be amazed at the views from the moment you walk through the door!
The first floor is a large bonus room where you will find a fun 4 person air hockey game, oversized scrabble board, dart board, sofa, and 65" TV. Outside on the patio you can kick back and relax on the comfy outdoor sofa while watching the boats or searching for dolphins. You also have access to boating docks. In the private two car garage you will find beach chairs, beach toys, giant jenga, bocce ball and kid scooters.
The second floor boasts a spacious chefs kitchen and dining area, along with another living space, full laundry room, and bathroom. The balcony off the living area has a large dining table so you can enjoy your meals and drinks outside.
The 3rd floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. One guest bedroom has two plush queen beds and the other bedroom has one plush queen bed. The master has a king sized Tempur-pedic mattress, large in suite bathroom with rain shower, and a large furnished balcony where you can relax and soak up the sun.
The entire house is newly furnished in warm tones from Restoration Hardware.
The luxurious resort style complex includes access to a beautiful waterfront pool with hot tub and grills, private docks, security guards, and a built in alarm system.

The town home was very clean and organized upon arrival. The home itself was very beautiful and well decorated with a beautiful view from both balconies. Very spacious rooms that were comfortable to stay in, and overall nice. In all it was a very nice place to stay.

Gorgeous condo just behind Clearwater beach!

This home is stunning! Three levels of room with something for everyone both inside and out! Beautiful furnishing and too if the line appliances. We have rented several vacation homes and this has been one of the best! Even has a dump waiter to get groceries to the kitchen! Shelby was easy to reach with questions and via text or call. If thinking about renting this lovely home don't hesitate!!

Beautiful home

This home was beautifully furnished. The bedrooms were all in the third floor which worked great for our family. The kitchen had all necessary items for our 4 night stay where we cooked all but one night. Beds were comfortable! We stayed here with our 3 and 5 year old children and the walk to the beach was not ideal. About 15 minutes. Overall a great stay and one of our favorite homes!

This place was EXACTLY what we needed!

This is our 3rd year traveling for AVP Youth Beach Nationals at Sand Key Beach. While we didn't want to stay right at the central location of event, yet still wanted to stay close by, this location was just perfect! Walking distance to prime Clearwater Beach dining, site seeing, and fun. Awesome views on all three floors of the water, cool boats, and also DOLPHIN SIGHTINGS. This place was just perfect! The home was extremely clean, had gorgeous decor and super comfy beds after a long day of volleyball at the beach. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely stunning views

The views from two decks and the ground level patio are absolutely stunning. There was a pod of dolphins that swam right outside the house around 11 a.m. each morning. The pool was family friendly, clean and best of all never too crowded. The neighborhood felt super safe, and there were two awesome security guards on property. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful from beginning to end. Thank you!!

AMAZING!!! We saw dolphins everyday off our private pier. Caught countless fish off the dock. Short walk to everything. Money savings: uber from airport-easy walk to everything. Soooo nice to rent & no need to buy necessities, (trash bags, toilet paper, baggies, paper towels, soap etc.). We had an amazing time and Shelby occasionally checked in to make sure all our needs were met and even suggested awesome restaurants. Had an awesome vacation!!!!!

Magnificent place, host, location, the whole nine yards!

We had an AMAZING stay at this property. Perfect for our boat, the patios overlooking water with the ocean breeze was magestic! We had such an amazing trip. The townhome is beautiful! The views are amazing! We saw dolphins a couple of times which was so cool! Shelby and her family have provided everything you could think of in the townhome and also to take to the beach which is great for those travelers who fly. Stunning & spacious waterfront townhome

We absolutely loved our stay at Shelbys beautiful home. The location right on the water was perfect - we saw dolphins from our balcony and the outdoor areas are so relaxing and peaceful to sit out and enjoy. The home is gorgeously decorated and everything was sparkling clean. The boat slip was super convenient as we had a captain pick us up from right there for a boat tour. The walk to the beach isn’t bad and they offer plenty of towels, chairs, etc for guest use. 10/10 would recommend and rent Shelbys home ahain.

It was as advertised. The only issues were parking for a 3rd (only two cars allowed), and a few ants found in upstairs bathroom. But all and all, I rent again.
