The location was super easy to find and had its own private driveway and entrance. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed (I was on the go a lot so did not cook anything) but the hosts left a variety of coffee (and water) that saved me the morning after my late arrival! There are so many great things to do and see in St Pete and I knew I'd be traveling between Gulfport, downtown St Pete and the beach so the location of this rental was key - I could get to all of those locations in about 10-12 minutes. It's not a location to be in without a car so I'd suggest a rental or you'd be spending a lot on a car service! The bedroom was cozy and A/C unit worked well.

The place was in a great location, we were less than 15 minutes away from almost everything! The only downside was that the wifi and tv were giving us trouble. Overall, it was a great stay, very clean and cozy!

It was okay for a couple but not a daddy daughter vacay.

We didn’t end up staying because it was very hot and I felt my daughter would be uncomfortable out on sofa couch. It had a small wall unit that was not working properly so we decided not to stay. It was nice for a couple. TV was located in bedroom and not living area so it just wasn’t a place for a dad/daughter place to stay, other than that it was peaceful and quiet for the 45 minutes we were there.

Great rental for two people. Lots of amenities like hot plate, toaster, pots, plans, microwave, refrigerator. Room is airconditioned, its very quiet. Shower water pressure is amazing. Room is very clean, lots of lighting, comfortable bed. Communication with the host was great, very responsive. Very easy to get in on arrival and to check out as well. Spent 4 nights here for a swim meet and it was perfect for us.

It’s a cute weekend getaway

It has a cute beachy feel. The appliances were a plus for a short stay. But the couch was a bit uncomfortable. It’s not really set up to spend extended time there, just sleep. The entrance of the room was on the backside of the house in an alley way so it made ubering a little complicated. But all in all it was a nice place to stay for 3 nights. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe
