Booked through Hotels.com and check in was quick. The front desk clerk asked if I needed the walk in, handicapped acdessible, tub. I stated that I did not need that accomodation but wanted a king bed for no extra charge. She moved me to another king room horoning the same rate. The fridge has accidentally been set to defrost and was leaking. I called the fromt desk and.they sent maintenance who arrived within 3 minutes to resolve the issue. Overall, a positive experience at a fair price.

The room was not clean. Finger nail polish on the pillow cover and gum stuck to the headboard of the bed. My feet actually got dirty from walking on the carpet. The refrigerator rattled the entire time I stayed there. The bathroom was stained and dirty so I couldn’t shower. I mentioned all of this to the am desk clerk and she offered no apologies or discounts. I had to check out a day early which the hotel clerk and Expedia rep was notified and I was told I would not be charged but refunded the second day in which the hotel rate was higher than I agreed to upon booking the hotel room. Horrible experience!

Hotel needs some repair and more thorough cleaning. The tub/shower was visibly dirty with black mold covering the bottom of the tub. We killed a couple of roaches in the room. We will not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was rude and when their toilet started spitting water they were talking crap about my kids at the front desk. The bathroom in the first room we had was nasty and only had 2 towels. I will attach photos The best thing about it was the proximity to the places we needed to be for our funeral.
