Beautiful modern home, HEATED POOL, 3.7 miles to Idian Rocks Beach with all the amenities you desire. Near Clearwater and Madiera Beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. This house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Go out and explore all the area has to offer or stay in to swim while enjoying family. Kid friendly. House features all kitchen amenities needed to stay in or cookout. Master bed with king bed, futon and on suite bath. Bedroom 1 with a queen bedroom. Bedroom 2 with twin bunk beds and a queen bed. Highchair, pack n play, 3 beach chairs and a few games provided.
15 min drive to Clearwater Beach, 25 min drive to Honeymoon Island, 15 min drive to John's pass and Madiera Beach. Tampa international is 34 min drive or you can fly into PIE just 23 min away.
This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just couple blocks away either direction from shopping centers with good options or just drive to the beach 3.7 miles away and enjoy cruising down Gulf Blvd. Indian Rocks Beach or Sand Keys beach feature the beautiful white sand. Stop at Shepards for good food, music and sunset. The original Caddys in Treasure Island or Sloppy Joe's is another staple. After a long day at the beach come enjoy the pool at the house.
My house is a well lived in comfortable home. Having say that is it perfect, no. We maintain our home on a regular and provide the services to do so. Our pool has some paint chipping off of the surface and does need to be redone. We provide a vacuum that should be plugged in and working. If a guests Removes it we ask they reinstall or have the pool company to do so when they are there twice a week. Along with other of pool and beach toys etc. It's always gorgeous in Florida and there are no bad days! Enjoy your vacation, explore new things, and make memories.

Perfect for Philly Phans and biking
This was a trip to do a bucket list of seeing the Phillies preseason. I brought my bike and had no issues biking around. I went to the Botanical Gardens and Heritage Life Museum on my bike. Also, explored a few parks in the area. This place is located perfectly. Corresponding with the host was quick and easy. The home was a perfect fit and the pool was nice to have after some fun days out and about.

Perfect family home!
Our family had a wonderful time at this home! Very clean and up to date decor. Kitchen was beautiful and had every staple a kitchen should have. A larger coffee pot would have been nice but we just made multiple pots for us coffee people. Loved the open concept kitchen/family room so we could all hangout together. She even had a Christmas tree decorated and Christmas decor out which was a wonderful surprise when we walked in! Bedrooms were all a good size and bathrooms were very nice and clean. One suggestion for the mater bath would be a shower stool to make leg shaving easier. Pool was big and water warmed up after a couple days which was very nice. The beaches were about 15 mins away and were all very nice. The home is close to every type of store you could need.
Overall we had a fabulous vacation and would definitely stay at this home again!
