From Brian—Loved my stay. Very easy walk to the art district. You could spend a week exploring all the nearby shops. As for the unit, it’s the little things that matter—plenty of outlets for multiple electronics, a shower head at the appropriate height for tall people, and Chris was easy to work with. I would definitely stay again.

The place is perfectly located near restaurants in the Gulfport area. Very clean and great communication throught the rental process. I.was able to meet the owners and they were very sweet and gave me tips to enjoy the area. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if ai return to this area.

The owner of the property has labeled everything so that we were able to figure how everything worked easily! Very quiet in a nice residential neighborhood walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Quick drive to Stetson Law School. Gulfport is a charming spot!

Gulfport Getaway

The studio apartment was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. The bed was very comfortable. The location is fabulous. The hosts went out of their way to recommend a massage therapist for my plantar fasciitis and offer a heated foot spa when I returned from the apartment.

Great location for Gulfport center

Toni and Warren are wonderful hosts. They are present, very helpful, yet non-intrusive. When a TV went on the fritz, we got a replacement literally within minutes. The studio was as advertised. Great for short stays as well as longer sojurns.

Gulfport Gem

Spent 4 days at this rental following our cruise. Property was exceptionally clean, comfortable and close to attractions. We walked to the beach and downtown areas, dined at local restaurants finding Stella's, The Tiki Hut, and Neptunes Grill excellant. We had a great time and highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Property, nicely situated.

This was my first experience using VRBO, so I didn’t know what to expect. The Hosts exceeded my expectations. The property was thoughtfully stocked, Perfectly located, and quiet. One night the temperatures dipped and the host contacted me, and left additional bedding. I’m looking forward to staying at this location again.

Great place in a great location

Very clean, comfortable and quiet space exactly what we needed. Close to S gulfport and only 15 mins from st pete beach. Apartment is on ground floor and attached to the owners house, they are very helpful and can recommend some great restaurants/activities. Only (small) gripe would be the hot water takes a few mins to get to the shower so give yourself time if you're running late. Highly recommend!

First time vacationing in Gulfport

Can't say enough nice things about this place and the owners. Directions from Tampa airport were direct and easy to follow -- making the rental easy to find. Parking in the driveway was safe and accommodating. Exterior and interior just as described and pictured. Rental was immaculate and stocked with all needed essentials for a comfortable stay. Stayed there 4 nights - Tuesday night thru Friday night. Had some unexpected travel issues - owners were easy to contact, and I heard back from them quickly with options and understanding. Lots to see and do in Gulfport. A comfortable walk from the rental to the downtown area with many shops, restaurants/bars, and Gulfport beach. Also free parking downtown for those who prefer to drive. Totally enjoyed my stay and hope to vacation there in Gulfport again in the future.

The apartment was clean and quiet. It was very comfortable for two people and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks from the main shopping/dining area of Gulfport. The owner was very accommodating and responsive with our questions. This is a fantastic place to stay in Gulfport and I highly recommend it. The only issue we had was that at times it was difficult to connect to the wifi network, but we spent most of our time out in Gulfport so it was not a big issue.

Nice Place

Outdoor space was less than we expected but the apartment itself was clean. Equivalent to a nice hotel room but much more private. If you are going to use the refrigerator, check to make sure it is turned on.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The studio was well laid out, with all the comforts, and motion-activated lights into the bathroom at night. We liked the beach amenities (beach chairs and towels). We'd be happy to stay there again.
