Welcome to Sea Shell #28 a charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse is nestled on the Intracoastal Waterway. The main level features a spacious open living and dining area, complete with comfy oversized couches and a large dining table that seats six. Step out onto the screened-in private balcony for some fresh air and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals as you enjoy time with your family and friends.

Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a cozy king bed, TV, and an attached bathroom for your comfort. The guest bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and its own TV. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, and take advantage of the garage, which and accommodate two cars.

However, there are endless places, restaurants, and activities at laid back Indian Shores you must try while staying here. Nearby you can find a handful of incredible restaurants and cool hangouts such as DJ’s Clam Shack, Mahuffers, The Dog and Parrot Beach Pub, and more! If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. For a thrilling experience visit Busch Gardens in Tampa, approximately an hour drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours.
