Guests have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. Please note that a few owner’s closets are securely locked and not accessible to guests. These areas are used for maintenance and supply storage only.

• No glass, sharp objects, or breakable items are allowed in the pool area.
• Please help keep the pool area clean and safe for everyone.

Pool hours are 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Violations of this rule may result in fines and/or immediate termination of your stay.

A mandatory rental agreement will be sent to you 5 days prior to your check in day. This agreement is required in order for you to receive check in details, but most importantly to prevent your booking from being canceled.

Age requirement:
Please note that the minimum age requirement to book this property is 25 years old. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age at the time of booking and must be present throughout the duration of the stay.

As part of our verification process, we may request a valid government-issued ID to confirm the age of the booking guest. Reservations made by individuals under 25 will be subject to cancellation, and failure to meet this requirement may result in denial of access to the property and forfeiture of any payments made.
