The modern kitchen is bright and is equipped with new, stainless steel appliances, ample space, and a coffee station (Keurig, creamer, coffee pods and ground coffee, sweeteners and assorted tea flavors included (initial supply).
The dining room has a table to sit 8 people comfortably and 2 bar table spots.

The beach theme begins in this room and flows beautifully throughout the entire villa, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere! You will find a lot of seating spaces and a smart TV for a cozy evening with friends and family.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras by the entrances, for your safety and peace of mind. There is a camera overlooking the driveway, front door entrance, and side yard camera.
There is also a smart home monitor on the patio and living room which actively measures noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video. There are also cigarette detectors.
Pets are not allowed.
*Please note*: You are welcome to use our bikes during your visit with a signed waiver. We have multiple sizes to choose from. Due to regular wear and tear, the salt air and humidity, we cannot guarantee the number of usable bikes at the time of your visit. We regularly maintain them, but it is not guaranteed that the bikes will all be available. All riders ride at their own risk. If you need to inflate the bike tires, you'll find the electric pump in the shed.
