This condo is located on the third floor of a seven-story building with elevator access. Enter the condo into a well-stocked kitchen and bright living space with a balcony overlooking Gulf Blvd. with the Gulf of Mexico in view. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath, and shares the same view as the living room and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own hall bath, and is perfect for couples or kids! There is a washer and dryer located in the condo for your convenience.
Guests have full access to the condo, which is not a shared space. This includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, living room, kitchen, three TVs (satellite included, pay-per-view or on-demand not included), and high-speed wifi. The pool is a shared space, and while small, it is available for guest use, as is the hot tub. There is an onsite workout room in the next building over (part of the same resort). Beach access is directly across the street and John's Pass is one block away.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you. I live nearby, and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need.

This condo is located in Madeira Bay Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and John's Pass Boardwalk a block away. If you're looking to enjoy the beach, water activities, shopping and restaurants, this is an amazing location! Madeira Beach was named the #5 beach in America, competing with several other Gulf towns in the area. There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the condo, though there are many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.
Guests will have access to parking for one car during their booked stay. Parking is limited directly in the beach areas, though there are paid lots and garages should you need to park a second car or have a visitor for the day. Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as the trolley system that travels between the local beach areas. If you do not have a vehicle, there is so much you can walk to and delivery service options are available for groceries, food, liquor, baby equipment, etc.
- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 22 years or older. - The condo is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in. - Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc. - Responsible party booking and staying must be 25 or older. - This is a completely non-smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on the balcony. - Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however, we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving to prevents pests and odors. - Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc.). - Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board; the surface can be damaged. - Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

The building is very old, dated, and needs repair. The actual condo unit is much better. It does face the street with some views of the gulf. However, street noise makes it difficult to sit on the balcony. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you need. The unit also comes with a beach wagon with chairs, cooler, umbrella which is really nice. A few things we wished the unit had was hangers or hooks somewhere to hang clothes or wet bathing suits, extra blankets as we got chilly and the bed linens are quite thin. Other than that, no complaints about the unit.The building is VERY loud. Lots of parties and spring breakers. The pool and pool deck is tiny. However, the public beach is right across the street and a quick walk.
