Great House located across the street from the best part of the florida beaches

Property is bigger than it looks. It has a very comfortable layout and its wonderful that it has a pool even though it is right across from the beach.

spacious and clean updated canal home -

This is a lovely well-equipped home in an idyllic corner of a quiet and friendly canal neighborhood. Even the many varieties of birds are friendly. We enjoyed sitting outdoors waterside in the evening, and daily pool and beach time with the fun equipment the owners kindly had available. There was ample space for grandkids' visit; the home is appealing for older guests as well. We had a very nice time during our month-long rental, and good communication throughout with the owners.

Absolutely Stunning

This home has been our best vacation rental by far! The home and property are VERY clean in and out and VERY well maintained. We very much enjoyed the heated pool, fishing in the bay in the backyard and morning coffee in the backyard! There was lots of room for our kids to safely play outside. The safety fence for the pool and the fenced in yard to keep kids out of the bay was certainly a feature we were looking for when we sought out for a rental. The owners of this home are super great people. They were always available for us to reach and looked after us quite well. We couldn’t have found a better spot to spend our family vacation

Our first winter getaway

The location of this property is fantastic! The house is extremely well appointed and was very clean. The owners are very responsive. We just loved our two months at this lovely home. We will miss coffee with the birds and manatees.

Loved it so much we hope to be back!

Thank you for hosting our family at your beautiful home. We felt welcomed and safe and the house suited all of our needs and then some. We made new friends, forever memories and had the very best experience. The neighborhood is peaceful and we loved all the birds that came to visit us daily. This was our first time to St. Pete Beach and loved everything about it. We can't thank the hosts enough for welcoming us into their home and we would love to come back again soon!

Wonderful Family Gathering

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach House. Upon arriving we found the house and pool immaculate and relaxing. Everything we could possibly need was available in the house. Every morning we sat by the pool and enjoyed our coffee and read books as the day woke. We were mesmerized by the birds that joined us. We enjoy nature and even went to the Everglades during our stay. There were almost as many birds by the dock as we saw in the Everglades. The Black-crowned night heron and Great blue heron were enjoyable guests each morning. The location of the home was perfect for us. We walked to the beach at least once every day to see the sunset. On some mornings, family members did yoga by the beach. Our stay was a celebration for three generations of our family to get together. We used the central location to visit many attractions in St. Pete's Beach, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg. The Christmas luminary of candles lining the streets of Three Palms Point was a highlight, as was the fireworks New Year's Eve. Our family had a marvelous time and would like to thank Chad, Beth, Ron & Nancy for our stay at their beautiful house.

Beach House with all the necessary upgrades

House was very clean and updated. The pool and dock were great for the kids and adults. The house was conveniently located across the street from St. Pete Beach. The owners were very easy to contact and very attentive to any questions while we stayed in the house. We will definitely consider renting this house again. Mark

This home was very much like the pictures. Lots of rooms and beautiful kitchen.

We enjoyed Palm Point neighborhood. Friendly and welcoming. Easy walk to the beach from this home. Patio view is nice but at land end of inter coastal so not as expansive as other homes in the area.
