The room was very clean, good view, and spacious. Bunk beds were not best for grown adult children but made due. Great location! Hot tub was great but pool was not heated.

The location was perfection. Parking was easy. A crosswalk to the beach access was directly in front of the resort. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards on the deck for our use at the beach. Only a 2 block walk to shops and restaurants and bars. We arrived very late due to flight delays. Like 3am late. It was so nice to be greeted at the check in desk no matter what time it was by a very helpful employee. He even walked in front of our car to show us where to park. The space was smaller than we expected. While it claimed to sleep 8 guests, and all 7 of us did have a bed to sleep in…there were only 2 chairs at the table to eat. And 2 barstools. 6 total plates in the cabinets. LolWe did not spend most of our time in the room, we were on the beach or adventuring mainly. The location alone was worth everything. Would stay again.

Family of 5 Getaway

We will definitely be back to this rental. The beach access is directly across the street and the shops leading to John's pass are just steps from the property. It is a great location and wonderful rental!

Perfect location

Overall our stay was great! Apartment with all the necessary( we could have used a few more towels ) but good condition. The only down side it was the parking for one car only. For a family/ apartment of 8 seems a little odd to have only one spot. Super convenient for beach access, and John pass. I will return again if I could. .

Great location

The only reason it is not 5 stars is because the sliding glass door has a very high base-I'm sure to prevent water from entering- there is nothing on the glass, on the base to warn anyone...well good thing i was coming back inside, it was carpet & not tile because i face planted & got a rug burn on my cheek & forehead & bruised eye...the 1st day. Also, it's the very 1st door coming off the elevator & there were shenanigans with some kids ringing the doorbell & running off.... Other than that location was perfect.

Would stay again!

Been to this property before, this is my 2nd different unit and have already booked another for September. This property is a must. 3 minute walk to everywhere! The shops, the beach, and the pass all within a few minutes walk. Right out the door is the crosswalk to the beach access. Any room here is going to be great. Don’t skip a deal here!

Beach time

Great location and the room was clean. Acadations were alittle lacking. I was told a roll of TP was a starter pack and only 2 trash bags. I like to clean up and leave room in good condition. But no soap to hand wash dishes, and dishwasher was not working great. Only 2 trash bags given for the entire stay, which we took out ourselves. For a resort style place they should take care of the renters alittle more, or let us know expectations before.

Overall experience was great. One maintenance issues (one bathroom sink was very slow to drain) unit was advertised to sleep 8 but only 5 towels in the unit. Went to registration desk to get another towel. We would stay again.

Beautiful view

The condo is beautiful and well appointed. It could use a hair dryer and kitchen towels. The pool and view are amazing. Ask the manager for more specific details about the location before you get there as google maps did not get us to the development.

Unit was very dirty

Let me start by saying the location and the size of the room was perfect. That being said, when we walked in, we noticed scuff marks and dirt prints all over almost ever single wall. A simple coat of white paint or a magic eraser would do this unit justice. Trash and dirty socks were found under and around the furniture. As well as the comforters having stains and feeling as if they had reminisce of sand on them. I realize this is a beach location, but seeing as how you pay a cleaning fee, you would expect to come into a clean unit. The bunk beds were not even fully made. The top sheet was folded up and placed under the blanket, instead of being properly tucked in. In addition to this finding, the bunk bed was very very unstable and is very close to falling apart and will result in injury if not addressed soon. The convenience of the location and the buildings are very nice. But the cleanliness is lacking. The other pain was parking! Only one car allowed but you allow 8 people to stay in one unit? Beware the parking lots across from the resort are very expensive.

Rental 1401 issues

Our overall experience was good Main Beds Comfy as well with extra bedrooms but very disappointing in the pool situation.. Why would you not have it Ready for a holiday weekend .. Parking is a nightmare , Our unit pull out bed in the living area was unfit for anyone to sleep on ..new paint was well needed in this unit as well as newer carpet also … A fan that was so noisy in the bedroom it was not able to be used ….Simply things like this will keep me from returning again

Relaxing get away

Great Location! The unit was very clean, across the street from the beach access, and a very short walk to John’s Pass where there are many shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely polite as well. The only downside to this rental is the parking. They will only give you one spot due to limited parking spaces. We had to find alternative parking for one vehicle. There is public metered parking across the street, however the cost is high. When we arrived Friday it was $3 per hour max of 12 hours. Saturday the cost went up to $7 per hour. There is a parking garage at John’s Pass which is $20 a day, which was still expensive but a lot cheaper.
