Great location

The location was fantastic, three minute walk to the beach, a block from johns pass. Unit could have been cleaner (floors) but well stocked with kitchen supplies and a beach wagon. Major problem was the ac- unit was HOT when we checked in. After turning air down we heard a dripping and looked to see the ac unit dripping water. We are in FL so we understand that acs often need repair/ maintenance but someone had put a drip bucket to catch the water so the issue was known prior to us and not fixed. We had to call several times and finally on the second day someone came out and fixed. The first few times we were told this was an easy fix and yet it wasn’t fixed until we called many times. I august this would have been absolutely miserable.

Great Stay

Great location. Nice accommodations. Could be a little cleaner. Dirty underwear in beach wagon, dirty fingerprints on doors. Wish they would provide hand soap. Otherwise great stay. Close to beach and John’s Pass. Don’t have to drive your car once you get there. Lots of beach supplies. Will be back.

Access was a great location to the beach and the boardwalk. We had 5 adults and an infant and felt we had plenty of space and access to anything we needed.

Spot on location

Very close to John’s Pass which was fabulous. Right by all the action. The beach was right across the street and the condo had quite a bit of beach accessories- loves the beach cart. The only thing we were missing was beach towels. The balcony overlooking the marina was enjoyable to relax on and watch all the big boats come and go. Can’t wait to go back

Great beach getaway

The location and the condo are great! Our view overlooked the inlet and was very peaceful. We all were able to rest, relax and enjoy each other. The location near John’s Pass is perfect! A short walk and you have all the local shops and restaurants to enjoy. The negatives are not associated with the unit per se. The cleaning company really needs improvement. The tile floors are not cleaned properly and if you walk barefoot throughout the unit, the bottom of your feet are black. The rest of the unit was very clean. The other issue was with the property management staff that checked us in. The gentleman was rather rude and abrupt and didn’t address any of our questions. So, the first evening was a bit frustrating dealing with the dirty floor and attitude of the employee. However, the following days were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Central Location

This condo delivered exactly as promised on the description. The rental company was great to work with and check-in was a breeze. The location is really good because it is steps from Johns Pass and the beach and within 30 minutes to great locations like Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg beach and other local areas. The only unfortunate part was the pool is closed for renovation work. That was not communicated when I booked in late January. It was not communicated to me till 3 days after the final payment date passed on April 1st. By that point, all other properties were basically full in the area, so I just kept the reservation without even contacting the rental office and made the best out of our time, which we did!! They may have had a solution for me if I had called. New carpet in the hallways is going in this week so they are investing in the property which is always good to see. Once the pool is up in running, I would not hesitate to visit again.

Clean, family friendly place

Everything was just perfect. Close to the beach with beach toys and chairs provided. Everything we needed in kitchen along with laundry service. The kids had a great time and a nice balcony to have our morning coffee.

Beautiful Property

I was very impressed with this property. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. It was close to the beach (across the street, so about a 5 minute walk), and the balcony overlooking the bay was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the bathrooms were very clean. Very walkable to the cute downtown area of John's Pass. It was a great stay, and we will be back!

Beautiful Condo in Great Location!

The condo is beautiful and looks to be recently renovated. The view of the marina is so pretty and relaxing on the porch overlooking it was great! Very short walk to both the beach and Johns Pass Village. We loved our stay and wished we had more time there. Our only small suggestion would be that small toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and lotion, and another small soap for the shower, should be provided for what is otherwise an upscale accommodation. Otherwise, we loved it and highly recommend it!!

Great stay

We had a great stay here. Great location, nice view of the dock and boats from the balcony, the place looks newer and updated, well-furnished kitchen, fairly comfy beds, nice people. The only downsides were the one parking space limit, the floors were not clean, there is not enough seating in the living room, and the building smells like marijuana.

This place exceeded expectations, it was absolutely perfect, great location, beaches are gorgeous, amenities are great, couldn’t be any happier with our stay here, only wish it was longer, will definitely stay again for sure in the future

Girls Trip

The property was beautiful. Emptying your trash was a pain because it is far away. The red tide was bad at Madeira Beach and the smell was awful but that is uncontrollable. The dishwasher was broken, but other than that everything was good. There is a lot to do within a very short walking distance which was very nice.

Just what I needed

The house was nice and convenient. Price wasn’t too much. Only down side was the walls seemed a little thin and we could hear the neighbors pretty good through the master bedroom wall. Also the elevators malfunctioned a lot but overall it was nice. And stocked with just enough to get you started.
