This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we will keep coming back. Everything was perfect! Friendly staff and owner, clean rooms and property and very peaceful. This is a family owned hotel that is full of pride. This was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 30th anniversary!

Shoreline Island Resort truly felt like our "home away from home!" Stunning view from our private balcony. I wish we could stay 4 ever!

This is an old property with issues. leaking ceiling, mold on curtains, toilets that don't work well. I had my room changed 3 times. My allergies started going crazy and i noticed water was dripping heavily from a crack in the ceiling, they moved my room. room 477 had black mold spots on curtains, a dirty toilet and it smelled musty and moldy. The room on the third floor was better but the toilet leaked and sometimes took 4 flushes to go down. You pay for beach chairs, but once you leave them, they are resold to someone else. This happened on my last day, i went to the room to cool down and saw someone sit in my chair, the city guy came by and took her money for the chair i just paid him for 3 hours earlier. The view is the best but i don't like to go in water full of fish. Men fishing and fish coming to shore, along with dolphins coming very close to shore. Clearwater Beach doesn't have that. I don't like lizards, fish and other critters swimming at my feet. The first day 3 men were fishing - so they attracted the fish, the dolphins and what looked like a shark to me - who knows.

The property is showing its age and needs some renovations. The staff is friendly, and the accommodations are pretty clean, just a bit outdated. Location is excellent.

This hotel was a great find. It was affordable and right on the beach with great views. The staff was very friendly. They had everything we needed including breakfast items, beach towels, some beach chairs, heated pool, and a full kitchen. The hotel rooms weren't the most modern/updated, but they were clean and reminded me of your typical beach-side hotel. Many shops and restaurants are located at John's Pass, which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Very nice pkace. Good location. Great staff..........

very friendly staff, Perry at the front desk has excellent customer service. Pool was warm and perfect. This is right on the beach and the perfect spot.

Great resort for adults, had everything we needed to relax.

Beautiful views and clean spacious room. Comfortable beds and furniture with a well equipped kitchenette. Staff at the desk very friendly and accommodating.

Love that it is an adult only hotel. Love the heated pool.

Once the wonderful staff switched us to a new room, I absolutely loved this hotel! One of my favorites actually. The pool view rooms are newly updated and beautiful. The staff and management were absolutely the best! Our first room was in the building above the office undergoing construction. The room was definitely outdated but still clean. It wasn't what I like a room to be. And we were woken up by the construction noise early. I expect that this building will be beautiful and updated soon. We asked for a new room and they switched us the next morning without hesitation. New room had a gulf and pool view, totally updated and beautiful. Nice wood floors, cute kitchenette with deep sink, comfortable bed, and no noise. The breakfast is small but has juice, muffins, cereal bars, and great coffee with flavored creamer. The hotel can't control the construction but they definitely made up for it!

Not only is this place right on the beach, it's perfect for people who want to go on vacation and not have alot of kids in the pool. The Adult only rule was fantastic! Our room was really nice, very clean and had anything we needed. Can't wait to go back!

Very clean room and resort, the beach is right behind the pool, Very quiet and relaxing, which is why we came here. Just a mile or two from John's pass, a great boardwalk for shopping and eating, plus dolphin excursions. Leave the sliding door to the balcony open and listen to the gulf as you sleep.

We reserved an upgraded pool with oceanfront. The ocean view is partly blocked by the next building. You are much better off getting the oceanfront without pool view. Then you have a wide open water view. Staff is OK, not especially friendly or accommodating. They knew I was disappointed by the room but did not seem motivated to offer another room. The hotel was about 25% capacity. Pool is small but the beach is beautiful. No beach chairs or umbrella are offered as part of deal. Cost is about $15 daily rental. Parking is free.

Very clean, attentive staff, close to beach. Overall a great stay.

This ocean-front hotel is very nice for adults who need a quiet, relaxing vacation. The pool and lounge area are great and the beach is clean, calm, and relaxing. Our suite looked updated with nice hardwood-like floors, a small kitchenette, and a clean, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower (very nice). The staff were very accommodating. My only minor "issue" was a lack of parking our first evening (we arrived very late at night). Otherwise, our vacation was wonderful and we would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely return!

It was an unforgettable experience ... beautiful place ... an impeccable cleanliness ... atmosphere where you breathe peace and tranquility for all those who want to have a holiday of rest and tranquility ... I recommend it ...
