The pool was not heated, so it was a bit chilly for this time of year. The view from the balcony was AMAZING! Felt like the bathroom could have been cleaner (there was quite a bit of hair on the floor tile when we arrived). It was "missing" a few amenities we normally find in Vrbo's like papertowels, liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, dish sponge, laundry pods (they normally provide 2 for a weeks stay in our experience). Maintenance was very quick! I reported issues with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and the shower head in the master bath and they were fixed within an hour. Great location to eateries and the beach.

We stayed here 12 days (Aug 1-12, 2025). The check-in process is annoying. You have to stop by another condo to get keys (that don’t even open/fit in the lock to the unit) and paperwork. Depending on traffic and construction, it can be a 10-minute drive at least. I’ve never stayed anywhere that makes you do that… inconvenient and lazy customer service, imo. The elevator was broken the first and second day and we were traveling with four young kids. We would have neverrr booked a third-story unit had we known we would have to climb those stairs with all of our luggage and groceries. It was brutal. My husband tripped going up the stairs with groceries and bruised his legs pretty bad the first day. Just unnecessary and not a great start. The condo is fine. Dated in a lot of areas, but fine. Clean for the most part. The glass shelf right inside the door has been rigged to look stable, but is not. Don’t set anything on it. The A/C is great. Wifi was slow. The showers are fine. You have a 6-digit code to get into the condo, which is fine. But it’s different from the elevator code which is also different from the pool code and beach access/exit code. Annoying when your hands are full of beach gear, etc. Kind of a joke to make people remember all of the various codes — I just feel like so much needs to change to make a stay at the Hamilton House condos more enjoyable. The mattresses are so bouncy and uncomfy. :( I changed a pillow case and found what appeared to be a huge spot of blo

We had to reach out to the company in order to get our room keys then had to drive away from the property a few miles…. Not earth shattering but was slightly a pain...usually get contacted a couple days out

This was our first time the IRB. The weather was great and the water was beautiful. Plenty of room on the beach at this time of year. Not thrilled about having to pick up a packet all the way in Indian Shores just to get keys and a parking pass. Would have been nice to have a keypad on the unit door as everywhere else on the property you used a keypad. We could have been given code the day of arrival and the packet could have been waiting in the unit when we arrived. The unit has had some upgrades which is nice. My only complaints about the unit itself is the curtains need to be replaced. They are velcroed on top and old and they fall off. It is not easy to get them back up unless you are a giant. Also the patio furniture is tetanus just waiting to happen. Would have rather Ed the cheap plastic furniture of rusting cheap metal furniture. It would be nice to have bar height chairs so you can see over the railing. The property itself is undergoing some renovations which is nice. They could use a hose to wash sand off instead of just a low shower head. Last but not least, people please do not smoke on your balconies in condos. We had a smoker on one of the balconies which caused us to have to stay inside for morning coffee and afternoon sunset.

A vacation to remember!

We had a late check in that went flawless. When we arrived to our unit it was clean. The carpet felt damp and the master bed room balcony door was wide open and the room was soooo hot! The next day when they called us to make sure we got in alright and everything was okey I told them about the door and the floor. They told us that they had the carpet cleaned before we checked in and that was the cause of the damp flooring and that the carpet guy must have left the door open from running his hoses up to our room. They apologized for the inconvenience and the room did begin to cool down although it was still the warmest room in the condo the whole time it wasn’t unbearable. Durning our trip hurricane Elsa decided to join us so they called to have us bring the patio furniture in and make sure we didn’t need anything as they were closing early that day. The last few days of our trip the Cable tv and internet wasn’t working so that was aggravating but we didn’t spend much time in the condo so it was okay. Other then those few minor things this was definitely the best beach trip we have taken! The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean with plenty of balcony seating! The pool has lots of chairs and lay out chairs. The beach is a super short walk from the unit. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable! We are already talking about booking at this same condo for our next beach trip!

Toooo HOT for the beach!!!

The master bedroom was EXTREMELY WARM!!! Unbearable!!!!! There were 4 adults on the patio at 730 pm laughing one evening and we were reported for being to loud??? Kind of ridiculous. The condo was nice. The AC needs to be fixed !!! The management team needs to lighten up

Wonderful Vacation...

Great location. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and the all important affordable. The best compliment I can pay is that we'd go back. The only change to the unit would be that the addition of a ceiling fan to the bigger bedroom would be very helpful. I definitely recommend it.
