Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had booked a different condo, but we were notified that there would be electrical work done to the building during our stay. They worked on getting us a different unit! They were so helpful! We really enjoyed our stay! And loved the view.

Getaway

The Shores condominiums are very well maintained. It is a small building so it is not very crowded. The unit was clean, and so convenient to the beach.

It's quite and everything you need is there. Spacious,clean,you can hear the ocean from the main bedroom and the living room. We are all ready making plans to come back in September. Like taking your rusty wore out car to the hot rod car show.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hopefully the rental company has time to inspect the place a little better rather than just “cleaning it” before the next guests check in and get burned. The complex, beach, pool, parking, views, etc were absolutely amazing! However, the condo unit itself is decrepit, wore out, filthy, and in desperate need of repairs and upgrades. There is black mold in both of the bathrooms and ductwork due to no fans or ventilation. There is a 1/2” gap under the front door where the cockroaches come in. The stove worked two out of the six days we were there (we had to go buy a griddle to cook). The dryer doesn’t work (we had to take our laundry elsewhere). The door wall slider needs repair. The paint and patch work looks like a work in progress. The kids Bedroom door handle fell off, the closet door handle is missing. The weirdest part of it all was the “rv” style accordion door in the “master” bath...in all my years, I’ve never seen anything like that. We’ve stayed at tons of places in this area on the beach over the last decade and although this was a last minute find to get us out of a jam, it’s a 250 dollar a night kind of place (at best) not a $550 a night kind of place. As mentioned, everything around it was absolutely beautiful which helped us tolerate it and it has a lot of potential, but it desperately needs a lot of work and your company should be more transparent about that when renting it.

Ground level makes this so much easier with kids and all their beach stuff. We hope to stay here for many more years to come. Amazing week with amazing memories!

Seaside Property Shop was very accommodating and professional, responding to questions or concerns in a timely manner. The unit could use some refreshing which I understand will be happening with the new owner. The grounds are well kept, a beautiful pool and BBQ area. Only 20 units at this building.
