Our host was very responsive. We had a problem with the washing machine upon arrival and they fixed it quickly! The location of this condo is excellent. Right on the beach. The grounds are well kept. The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay. I made breakfast most mornings, a couple of dinners. Kitchen is well stocked. Dishwasher worked well. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset. We enjoyed playing ping pong. We would absolutely stay again and would recommend to others.

Everything was perfect host is very responsive. A very nice location and beautiful views. Same suggestions as last year. Soaps, shampoos etc are not replenished but the sizes you are given are so small especially for 1 weeks stay, maybe up the ounces a notch.

This property has an amazing view! The layout of the condo was great and nice updates to the kitchen. I think there were a few things that could have made a good experience great, though! Some everyday kitchen staples would have been SO helpful! Cooking spray, aluminum foil, a few spices, maybe some tupperware?! I know guests are not entitled to such things, but boy, this would have been so helpful for so many reasons and especially with leftovers from cooking and to avoid having to purchase full sized items to just use a bit (like cooking spray and foil). There was a pod to make a single 4 cups of coffee and 1 box of soap for laundry which was pretty underwhelming.

I was absolutely happy with everything. Loved the fact that the key was waiting for us. Any message or questions I had was answered quickly! The location is amazing, very peaceful. The view was amazing and the condo was very clean! Would definitely stay at this location again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Being from out of state, It was super convenient having “starter” items in the condo and all of the necessary beach equipment for the week! The sunsets from this balcony are amazing! We used the beach, pool and shuffle board courts almost every day. The location is a short drive to most shopping and dining. We will certainly be back.

Communication was very detailed and quick to respond to our questions. We truly enjoyed our girls weekend and had a beautiful view. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. There was no need to drive anywhere once at the condo. Thank you for a fantastic weekend. We will be back!

Perfect getaway rental with amazing views and access to the beach, as well as being surrounded by amazing food and entertainment. Host was amazing and I highly recommended if ever considering Treasure Island!

Had a great time. The location is perfect. Walk to the beach was just right. The grandkids enjoyed the pool, too. Wonderful bonus to find beach chairs, umbrella and toys in the condo. Hope to stay longer next time we visit.

Great location!

Very happy with our stay! The communication and check in process was super great. The view from the balcony was priceless and the walk to the beach was so quick. The decor and furniture is a little outdated but everything was pretty clean and that’s all we really care about. They had multiple coolers and chairs available which was very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family getaway

Great trip with family. My husband and 2 teenagers stayed from Friday - Thursday. The condo was just as described and pictured. Really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Great location, the pool and beach were wonderful. The neighborhood was good, felt safe . I would recommend to any family. Beautiful views and sunsets!

Condo as advertised with great view of Gulf from balcony. Beach chairs and towels available for easy walk to beach. Quiet neighborhood. On boardwalk. Easily walkable to local restaurants and Johns Pass.

We have stayed at this property for 4 years. Location is excellent, communication is quick and they are responsive, take advantage of some of the deals I-trip will offer you. My one complaint is that the living room furniture is getting old and tired. The couch and love seat kind of sag in the middle but if you are outdoors most of the time this might not be a problem. The second bathroom could have been a little cleaner ( especially in the corners of the floor) The view is fabulous and it's just nice to have more room to spread out. They provide starters for everything (kitchen dish soap for hand and dish washer, paper towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner and laundry. Keep in mind these are just starters. The bathroom supplies are only about 1.2 -2oz. All in all a super base for the Treasure Island and surrounding areas.
