It was ok the microwave did not work very well and could of been more seating room but the beds were very comfy and the bathroom was awesome

The staff is very friendly, but the rooms especially the carpet and linen are not very clean. They allow pets. There is a pet fee, so I would expect part of those fees would go towards maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. The location is close to 295.

The construction (not the hotel's fault) made getting into the hotel very difficult, but once there, everything was just... SKANKY. Our non-smoking room was covered in cigarette burns and reeked of curry/cooking smells. We asked about going to the pool that was advertised as being part of the hotel, only to learn that it is 3-4 blocks away, at their other location. Everything was run-down and old and smelled faintly of mildew. The towels were rough, stained, and just gross. The mattress--which was not covered by a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet--was covered in stains, too. GROSS. This is *barely* a two-star hotel, and just was not worth the money.

I've stayed at a prior Extended stay location and would have rated it slightly higher then this one. I figured they would have had systems in place to be consistant throughout their locations. The good: There is an elevator, and they have luggage carts. The carts can make life much easier. The is a washer/dryer room that costs $2 per machine. The bad: They don't do anything in the room if you don;t pay the full price. You have to change out your own towels, bring your own vacuum if you want vacuuming, change your own bedding, throw out your own garbage You have to ask for the dishes, they were not in the room. The hair dryer I received kept overheating ( i didn't expect a new one). The staff seems more interested in personal phone call or playing on Facebook. I will try a different hotel chain upon my next travels.

The Location was easy to find, the staff was very friendly and informative. The room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, easy to use cable, spacious bathroom. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Everything is average on this hotel in general is good for a short stay

Although I had a hard time finding the place, it was a nice hotel. The hotel neighbors other competing hotel chains and it is close to shopping centers, restaurants, and is close to I-275. Upon arriving, I was greeted kindly and was instructed on how their key system works. I liked their studio which included queen bed, a nice kitchenette, and anemities including an ironing board and plastic hangers. It had sufficient towels, but lacked shampoo/conditioner as part of the toiletries you would expect. I liked that I had a real mug to drink my coffee off and plenty of creams & sugars to add to my hot drink. I did have to clean the pot throughly and did not have the option to brew regular coffee, instead I had to drink decaff as this was my only option. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay. It was affordable, clean, and would suggest it to anyone who isn't too high maintenance and is looking for a good nights rest :)

We went to Indian rock beach during the day and the chris daughtry concert at jannus live that night. It was so relaxing and fun.

Great staff and a great room at a reasonable price! Very roomy, new and modern not to mention comfortable. Quiet and clean with no problems. Just wish they had an ice machine! This hotel was wonderful and well exceded expectations for the price range. Only way you will get better room is if you pay 4 times the price at the ritz!

This hotel was in a great location, and had a great room for the price! For a price cheaper than super 8, we got a room with a kitchenette so we didn't have to spend a lot eating out! Close to Starbucks, Panera and a Publix. Definitely will stay here again!

Great hotel, staff was very friendly, was surprised one evening when I got back the front desk clerk greeted me by name. Very clean rooms, I wish the TV's where a bit bigger... Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a fairly good local with access to both I-275 and US-19, as well as grocery and food locations. The room was a good size for a studion suite. There were a couple of negative things about the room, the tv had to many espn channel and few of anything else, the bed was hard and a little uncomforable, otherwise it was fine. For a quick stay at $50 it was worth it, but it would not be the ideal hotel to stay at, no pool, gym, or any of the other amenities.

GREAT LOCATION---CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were close to several restaurants and about 12 miles from the beach. We explored the Gulf Coast and beaches and spent 2 weeks in this hotel. It was very adequate for our needs. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Overall this was a good hotel for extended stay, but they need better pans to cook with - especially if you are left with only two to use...the cable provider sucked on the TV...all channels were fuzzy and intermittently would blur out and then come back in. The staff was okay, but I have dealt with MUCH friendlier staff.

We were only there for 6 hours, just a place to stay prior to an early morning flight. It was fine except that the toilet did not work. Left a note reporting it, but did not call for help as needed to get a few hours sleep. It was annoying.

Very good location. Room was clean.Wireless internet spotty at times. Walls a little thin. They need vending machines, never found them if they were there.

nice room good location

Great location to do almost anything in florida. went to st petes beach, medora beach(st johns pass-lots of shops next to beach) and clearwater beach(great white sand & clear water). I stayed for 4 days with girlfriend and the kitchenette is nice we bought food and drinks from grocery store 2 miles away!

This was an excellent value for the cost - $29.90 through Orbitz. The only issue was there was a funny smell, but opening the windows and a little air freshner solved that
