We loved our stay! It was very clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed except for a cookie sheet lol. But really we can not wait to come back! We highly recommend it for the beach goer. Everyone around was friendly. It was so nice to have access to beach chairs, and towels. It was perfect !

Great beach stay

So close to beach, convenience store with souveniers across street as well as great French bakery and coffee shop. Open kitchen, comfortable sofa bed which is rare. Loved the bath products too. Back door a little hard to figure out how to lock, blew open, and could use an actual privacy curtain instead of paper.

53 Steps to the Beach

Although the door code was incorrect, the problem was easily fixed with a phone call to the customer service number. The condo was clean, quaint and perfect for me and my husband. Any questions were quickly answered with a text to the Vacasa team. We will certainly rent this condo again!!

Short Walk to the Gulf

Small but clean and had all that we needed for our long mother/daughter weekend stay on the gulf. Keep in mind that there is no beach view from the condo but the condo is literally a two minute walk to the sand. The location was perfect! We would go back.

Great little place steps from the beach

Spent two days at 53 steps for R n R after a convention. Location was great, even though property is somewhat close to the road, it was fairly quiet, there was a liquor/convenience store across the street, if you need something quick. The apartment is on ground floor and a short distance through parking area to the beach (didn’t count if only 53 steps). The beach entrance has a deck area with table/chairs and lounge chairs. You can’t see the beach real well but it is a nice spot to get out of sun and still be outside and hear the waves. The apartment has a nice fenced private entrance with a picnic table. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and coolers which others have left behind, there is no guarantee of availability and condition as they are not provided but rather available from previous vacationers. The apartment is not quite a studio, there is a partial wall separating the bedroom and bathroom from living room/kitchen space. Furniture is comfortable and kitchen is well appointed. A laundry facility is just out the back door and two doors down. Rental comes with two parking spots out front (not the covered parking area). Beach area on weekends is very busy (lots of locals) and somewhat crowded compared to weekdays (vacationers or owners). This a lovely location for two adults and maybe 1 or 2 smaller kids, 4 adults would be tight but doable if they don’t mind sleeping on pull out and cramped seating. I’d come back again, it is a very nice place!

Awesome Stay

The room was very clean and all the items seemed new. The beach was only a few steps away and there were provided beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels which all seemed new as well. Easy communication with the property owner. We will definitely be back to stay at this location. 110% satisfied.

Perfect in every way!

This property was perfect for my husband and I while we visited the area for a week. Clean, cute, comfortable and so close to the beach. Our daughter joined us for 2 nights and it worked great. We enjoyed the kitchen for cooking, the beach chairs were appreciated and having washer/dryer available was a huge plus.

Perfect little abode in Indian Shores

Upon first entry, I was totally impressed! The condo is just as described. Perfect amount of space. Very convenient to everything. Quick and easy walk to the beach. Manny and Marilyn are responsive and communicative if you should need anything. There is a great little Italian restaurant across the street and a convenience store opening soon across the street as well. The bed was comfortable and all things provided from towels/beach towels was wonderful! I cannot wait to stay here again in the future!

Great time- relaxing

Property was just as described- very clean, loved having the beach chairs and umbrella so we didn’t have to pack. Beach is beautiful saw dolphins every morning on our walks. Quiet area not loud and not overcrowded beach. Went to a few great restaurants- Broke n Bored Grill , Sea Island Grill, and Sweet Sage all had great food and service. Did parasailing at Gators Parasail in Madeira Beach and visited the Seabird sanctuary- overall great relaxing vacation. Would definitely stay there again - owner very responsive and helpful.
