Room was spotless, bed was wonderfully comfortable! Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great overnight stay. But had breakfast in the morning…very disappointing. Eggs were dry and tasteless…perhaps powdered eggs? And bacon hard a rubbery…microwaved? Otherwise, this historical hotel is lovely.

The check-in experience was not satisfactory. I had booked two rooms, but the front desk initially found only one under my reservation number. Staff should be better trained to locate reservations accurately in the system. After I was charged for an additional room, the front desk later found the original reservation, which did in fact include two rooms. Additionally, I found someone else’s hair in my room, indicating that the shower was not properly cleaned. The room also had an unpleasant odor.

Staff was nice explanation of charges horrible! They gave a receipt for parking received and explained, then another $118 just charged no explanation when received credit card bill and no receipt. They need new light bulbs to dark in the bathrooms.

Our room was super clean, with a great walk-in shower, nice room darkening drapes, and it was very quiet for sleeping. Everyone was professional, efficient, friendly, and very helpful when needed. From the valet staff to the front desk, and dining area, everyone was amazing. They have a perfect coffee, latte, and breakfast counter which was just what we needed. what stands out the most about our stay was the courteous staff. we were so happy and comfortable at this location.
