Gem overlooking the Ocean

self check-in was easy. I got there later than planned so I didn't get a chance to assess the view until the next morning. The view to the West is a gorgeous Ocean front view. I had work to do so I moved the table to face that window and set up my laptop and it was perfect. Bathroom contained all the necessary toiletries and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. A cutting board was missing and they brought it right away. They have a quiet time from 10pm to 7 or 8am which is great for sleeping in. I would definitely stay there again.

Room 109

Just 10 steps to the beach which was excellent. The pool was a little small but it didn’t seem to be an issue as not a lot of people used it at the same. Russ the on site manager was very helpful and was always working on something. Could use a working ice machine on the premises. Other then that we had an excellent stay and would book again.

On the Beach

The unit was updated and clean, just as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had most of the basics needed for cooking and could have been better stocked with dishes and silverware. There are also 2 gas grills onsite for grilling. The pool was small, but very clean with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the sun. We also had our own private patio space facing the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised to find a shed full of beach chairs, umbrellas and some beach toys available for the times we wanted to stay on the beach. Overall, we were 10 steps to the pool or the beach; very convenient to a beach vacation. Management accommodated our early check-in, as well as responded to other concerns we had. I absolutely would return to this rental.

Beautiful view of the gulf, pool was nice but it needs to be skimmed every morning. Good parking and a great way to relax and enjoy the gulf and sandy beach. We will return soon
