A hidden Gem! Love this place! Not a very far walk to the beach at all, so it was great for my elderly dad to watch the sunset. If you have someone traveling with disabilities on getting around easily/has shortness of breath etc… definitely request a bottom floor unit as there is no elevator. It’s only a bottom and top floor but some may not do well with stairs. There’s good sidewalk ways for someone with a Walker or a Rascal (battery scooter) should you be with someone who needs to bring theirs and chairs are sitting before beach access to watch sunset! The only thing I wish was different is that the pool stay open a little later. They lock it at 8pm and there’s still so much time and fun to be had. However, there is a gorgeous beach steps away so you can’t complain too bad 😆 I love Laura at the front desk! She’s a sweetheart!
We very much enjoyed the location and quaintness of this old-style beach motel. Very pleased with the cleanliness and we had one especially spacious suite and another more usual motel room. Parking was a challenge for our SUV in the cramped lot but if that was the only bad thing I could think of that must be good! There were beach chairs and even beach toys available and well of course the beach was a step away. Took us back to when we would enjoy the Gulf beaches as children.
I found the Belleair beach motel to be a little old but the suite with kitchenette was just what we needed. The room was clean with everything clean and plenty of towels available anytime. My only constructive criticism is it would have been helpful to have enough plates etc for the four people who would occupy the room. Besides that it’s a great place to stay
Rooms are are dated and lack amenities but the staff is super helpful and friand the views cannot be beat

I started coming to this motel about 14 years ago and its even better now than its been. Friendly staff and VERY CLEAN! Highly recommend!
On the beach with rinse station and swimming pool and 2 airconditionars
The location was the big draw for me and my friends. It's less busy than other nearby beaches, and a low key Mom & Pop style business. My room was beautiful, the AC ice cold, the bed very comfortable and I was able to see the Gulf from inside despite being in the building furthest from the water. Lovely first getaway since covid-19 lockdowns. The bathroom needs a makeover but the cleanliness and room decor won me over.
Nice beach location.Room is clean and spacious but needs a renovation. During my two days staying in this hotel, my kids got stuck inside the bathroom a couple of times because of the broken door knob. My room had a patio, which was nice, but the screen door was stuck in closed position and we couldn’t really get to the patio.
The staff was very accommodating to us. We originally a room on the second floor but when we checked in we ask to get a room on the main floor and right away they changed our room to a view of the beach and they were so kind. I would go back there without any question my mind
Liked the Mom and Pop feel of the property. Simple but yet met all our needs for going to the beach. The price was great for what we wanted.
Old property but it it is kept clean. They only gave us 2 towels at first and it doesn’t have some of the other normal things in the room and amenities other places do but sufficient for the price.
The best thing about this place is the location. It is right on the beach. It literally takes a few steps to be on the sand, go for a swim, or enjoy the sunset. The place was perfect for what we needed: a place to sleep and location on the beach. The parking spaces are extremely tight, but we didn't have trouble finding a space at any time. The amenities and rooms are basic, but we didn't have any issues.
Wonderful place, nice view of ocean. Being able to walk out on to beach was a bonus for us. Thumbs up.
