Clearwater Beach Luxury Waterfront Townhome Unidad 6

Lujo, unidad final, casa frente al mar con ascensor privado, amarre para botes y garaje privado. Decoradas con buen gusto, más de 2,200 pies cuadrados, tres habitaciones completas cada una con su propio baño y TV. Agregamos un área para dormir en el garaje que tiene dos camas individuales. También sacamos las alfombras de las habitaciones y alicatamos el piso. La suite principal tiene una gran bañera de esquina, de hidromasaje y una cama king size. El dormitorio en el piso principal tiene un colchón de matrimonio y el otro dormitorio de arriba tiene una reina. Encimeras de granito y techos de gran volumen en todo. La cocina está totalmente equipada y está abierta a la sala de estar. Disfrute relajándose en el patio de la planta baja o en el balcón de la sala de estar. Nuevos televisores en cada habitación y sala de estar. WiFi es gratuito.

Solo hay seis unidades en el edificio que comparten la piscina y tenemos un amarre privado para botes que puede usar.

Admitimos mascotas, pero solicite que su mascota pese menos de 15-20 libras con nuestra discreción.

Esta propiedad se encuentra en Bayway Blvd, en la niebla de Clearwater Beach, a solo 15 minutos a pie del muelle 60. Puede pescar en el muelle, nadar en la piscina o solo está a una corta caminata (aproximadamente una cuadra y media), hasta la playa. Pool was warm, plenty of space, parking was very nice with room for 2/3 and street parking very available. Perfect spot. Only thing not available were the docs, but boys still fished! Host was excellent, super responsive and very accommodating.

The main reason we rented this townhome was because the listing said heated pool and hot tub. The pool was great but we were disappointed to find out that the hot tub was referring to the bathtub in the bathroom. Other than that, this property worked out well for us. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, beach and plenty of activities for kids. The townhome was clean and very comfortable. The pool was great and the children enjoyed the extra bedroom in the basement. The elevator was especially helpful for our luggage. We would stay here again!

The condo has a beautiful view overlooking the water, and we saw dolphins almost every morning! It is very spacious and fit the 6 of us well. Lori was always quick with her communication. The kitchen has a lot of pots, pans, and appliances. However, it could use more plates and silverware. The spices were handy. It does have a slow cooker, which was nice. The floatation and sand toys were a big hit with the kids and the adults appreciated the cooler on wheels and bag chairs for the beach.The bonus bedroom off the garage is spacious, however there is no bathroom down there. Overall, the condo worked well as it is in easy walking distance from everything. We even walked to Sand Key Park, which is a much quieter beach than Clearwater.

Great place!

We had a great stay and loved having so much space to spread out! Great walkability to many restaurants and activities! Owner was a great communicator and would definitely stay again!

Had a great week at this condo on Clearwater Beach! The host was prompt with all messages and directions. Everything is within walking distance that you would need. Beach was a short walk. The condo itself was very nice with an elevator that saved a lot of trips up and down when moving things in and out. The only issue we had was with the kitchen. The refrigerator was missing all shelves in the door so the stuff we could fit in the fridge was sort of limited. Also, the top stove seems a lot hotter than the temp it was set to and the cooktop didn’t seem to get nearly as hot as it should.

Perfect location, everything you need except a decent coffee maker. That was the only disadvantage but we got to enjoy the surrounding coffee shops!!

Great property in a great location in Clearwater Beach

This house was fantastic and exactly as advertised. We had 6 adults and a baby for a couple of days. Walking to the beach was quick and painless. Easier than trying to park there. Mini golf is right across the street. Ice cream and restaurants are in walking distance. We love this part of Clearwater Beach. We'll stay here again. Lori was a great host.

Great stay!

We loved this townhouse! First off end unit so tons of natural light coming in! Pool was very warm, kids were in it every day! Great location, walking distance to the market, surf shops, beach and TONS of restaurants! Short drive to Tampa Airport. Would totally stay here again!

Great location

Great location with more than enough space! It would be the perfect spot if they updated their furniture and got some comfortable patio furniture. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here! It was very clean, had plenty of room and was in the perfect location!
