Beautiful Madeira Beach

We loved the stay at this condo. It was very surprising the amount of amenities and the view from the apartment; it's just incredible. We loved our time here.

Non working elevators

Elevators didn't work but we were informed beforehand. Had to reach out to numerous people to get door code to get in. Cleaning lady ran late so got in while she finished. in. in

Great location. Loved it!

1st time staying in a condo in Florida, so can't really compare to any other condos. Lots of room. Great having multiple bedrooms for kids to be able to have some privacy. Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked with anything we needed. Newer sectional couch with large TV was great when you needed to relax. Beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, puzzles, games were a nice addition. Plenty of towels to use. Beds and pillows were comfy. Good view of ocean from balcony(looking over parking lot) Nice location on 1st floor close to 2 parking spaces. Loved to convenience of being walking distance to Johns Pass. So much to see and do. Overall a great property and a great week for our family of 5. Would definitely love to stay again in the future.

Great place !!

Condo very nice, well stocked in kitchen, lots of beach towels and the location is great. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Only complaint is with Johns Pass Realty never follow thru with things they said they would do. Never could call them, had to email back and forth.

Incredible location

Absolutely loved this place, very comfortable stay! I would suggest checking in before going shopping, as I would imagine they may have more than you expect, but that probably changes from week to week. We couldn't get the TV to work, but decided the first night not to even try and that turned out to be a blessing for our kids <3

Great location

This is a great place to stay to have access to everything in walking distance! Beach and pool are a few steps away and across the street are plenty of eating and shopping opportunities. A short Uber or Lyft ride will take you across the bridge to Treasure Island- another fun place to visit.

Pefect holiday getaway

Really enjoyed this property with the family. Fit us all nicely, great balcony overlooking an active fun area. Proximity to Johns Pass is so convient. We really appreciated all the items that the owners provided along with the condo, including: chairs and beach stuff, two type of coffee makers, glasses, insulated mugs, towels. Made it a home away from home. Make sure you pick up fresh caught fish at Don's Dock, and grill it on the nice grills, Amazing

Ten minutes before check-in time we were moved to a different unit because the AC was broken in #111. Check-in instructions did not come ahead of time, so I had no idea where to park to utilize the area until 4pm. One of our beds did not have linens (we found them dirty in the washing machine), and we were left with no paper towels, only two rolls of toilet paper for 8 people, and not enough bath towels. I thought I would wash the towels to give all guests a clean towel, but there was no laundry detergent in the unit. The actual unit has potential, it’s location across from John’s Pass is great, but the lack of attention to detail in regards to basic necessities for the number of guests booked is problematic.

Great property in ideal location

Very nicely appointed 3 bedroom with plenty of room for our group of 6. Beachfront and across street from all John's Pass amenities, plus only 20 minutes from St Pete and an hour to Tampa. Property was clean and easy to access. Would love to stay again.

Overall good stay

Loved the condo and location. Pretty clean. Carpet is very old and stained, hard wood or tile would be so much better being that it is on the beach. Check-in process was not very smooth as our flights were changed and we got in way earlier than planned. It was hard to figure out who to contact to store luggage and for other condo related questions as we would contact Beach Place but often would get the runaround because this condo isn’t owned by Beach Place. Whomever stayed above us was extremely loud every single night of our stay. It sounded like they were constantly stomping around and moving furniture. Overall, we’d come back, but would have to make sure we’d know who to contact for concerns.

Spacious place on beach

Good location on beach across from activities/shopping at Johns Pass. If luxury is your goal, this may not be the property for you, but if wall to wall forest green carpeting with some paint stains (for example) doesn't bother you, 5 full size beds plus couches and 2 baths makes this a great place for a large group.

Love Beach Place

The condo itself was wonderful!! Had everything you could possibly need. My problem was with the swimming pool being very cold. We have stayed here several times before and never had this problem. People pay to stay here for the heated pool, especially now a days when the stay is so expensive. They should make sure we its always up and running correctly. Also the bathroom in the parking gage was out of toilet paper for 2 days. I called them Saturday morning and told them about it they said they would get some out there right away. I put a roll out of our own out there but it’s a pretty busy bathroom so it lasted a day. The next day I went out to the bathroom still no toilet paper l. I found someone who works there and eventually they put some in the bathroom. So overall poor ratings for the beach place condos which is taken care of by sunhost, they were in no hurry to do anything and at first lied about the heater needing a part and told us to “go in the ocean”. As far as our condo unit itself A+++. Wonderful place!!

Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is outdated but on a nice property as far as location, nice pool, right on the beach. Very close to shopping and eateries. The unit could use a thorough cleaning, behind beds, behind washer/dryer, etc.

Wonderful unit

Great location, nice complex, very clean, well stocked kitchen, nice towels and linens, right in the beach! It was a bit too chilly to enjoy the pool but the unit comes equipped with lots of extra pool and beach items.

Location was great, right across from John Pass and in the trolly line. . Condo had plenty of room for the 5 of us to have all separate beds. Beds were very comfortable. Condo itself could use some updates, furniture wasn't ripped but was older and dirty looking. Carpet was musty smelling. Overall stay was good. We've stayed at many condos in the area so may be a little spoiled.

Review

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. I never heard directly from the owner, but the rental office was good with communication. We loved the home-like feel of the place, and the location was perfect. However, we found many dishes that were filthy. In this time of Covid, I find this both irresponsible and unacceptable. We always preach to our children to leave a place better than you found it. We did just that, but spent a great deal of time soaking and washing dishes.
